A new movie coming out on May 11, 2012 at the Ritz in Philadelphia. Unlikely that it will be as good as "Falling Down" (1992 with Michael Douglass) or Idiocracy (2006), however, I will probably check it out.

I saw a trailer for this and it sold me! This is on my must see list.

The movie looks like gratuitous crap...masking as social commentary.
yeah we get it...pop-culture is a vacuous wasteland.

Update. This movie stinks. I saw it today and rated it 4 stars out of 10.

 

I actually enjoyed this movie, in a dark comedy sort of way.

I thought it was ok, definitely not something I'd watch again any time soon. I can't lie when I say when they killed the parody of Bill O'Reilly I felt some grim satisfaction over it (although the real Bill seems to have mellowed way out over the years tbh)...same with the Westboro Baptist Church parody, I did enjoy seeing them get blown away. lol
