Has anyone else noticed that the officer who pushed him noticed the mobile phone in the victim's hand and it looks like he was going to take it before the officer behind him urged him onwards. The police report initially stated that the victim tripped and fell, Unfortunately for them the incident was captured on TV

Here is what it is down to. You go protesting, and you have to expect to be killed, or maimed, so no sympathy. Trump thinks this level of violence is coddling. He wants the ACTIVE MILITARY to DOMINATE. That means massacre.

 

When you are ordered to clear the area for curfew you got to clear the area for curfew, or take your chances if you don't.

Are you pretending that the fit officer in his prime, outfitted with riot gear and weapons had a reasonable fear of grave bodily harm from this 80 year man?

 

He wasn't "closing at high speed." Why make that up when we can all see the video?

 

He failed to comply with authoritarian commands to the satisfaction of authoritarians, therefore violence was justified in response to his attempts to exercise his Constitutional rights. Got it.

 

Unfortunately, stupidity abounds in all professions. Seriously all they needed to do was walk him to where they wanted him to be and let him talk along the way.

The mentality exhibited in the video and thereafter was simply moronic.

I’ve got some experience...well I should say experience with the after effects of officer stupidity. My parents were pulled over because their auto matched the description (except the license plate) of a recently stolen auto used in a crime.
My mother exited the auto when they had my father spread eagle on the hood and they drew their weapons on her.

What I witnessed was the parade of officials through our home kissing my parents feet in the aftermath.

It doesn’t stop there. My father painstakingly affixed a sticker from his alma mater in the lower right rear window to every new auto he purchased. During the height of the “war on drugs” they were pulled over out-of-state and had weapons drawn on them because the officers mistakenly discerned the sticker to be a marijuana leaf. It wasn’t Michigan (some will get the joke).

That time officials flew in to parade through our home and kiss my parents feet.

My father wasn’t the type to sue though I suspect he utilized the threat to receive the face-to-face meetings.

Like I said, stupidity abounds in every profession. I don’t know how we fix that part of the issue.

 

Insane.

 

And note that the cop behind the two officers called for an EMT.

But...

COPS BAD!!!!

 

Or impeached for collusion.

Nothing to see here but 24/7 Democrat outrage over everything.

 

Why? Probably just an old hippy reliving the glory days.

He turned 75 last Sunday
And his hair has turned to grey
But he still ain't changed his lifestyle
He likes it better the old way
So he grows a little garden in the backyard by the fence
He's consuming what he's growing nowadays in self defense
He get's out there in the twilight zone
Sometimes when it just don't make no sense
