HAVE YOU HUGGED A FRACKER TODAY? OPEC Has Few Escape Routes From Another Bear Market in Oil.

Oil’s back in a bear market and investors remain unmoved by last month’s agreement to prolong supply cuts, leaving OPEC and its allies with few remaining tools to boost prices.

As Saudi Arabia, Russia and their allies reduce output, supply that’s beyond their control keeps rising. Libya and Nigeria — members exempt from the curbs — and U.S. shale producers are resurgent, undermining efforts to tame a global glut. Prices are back below where they were when the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries first struck its historic deal last year.

Cutting even deeper — an idea rejected just a month ago — still looks unlikely. For now at least, the Saudi pledge to do “whatever it takes” to stabilize prices looks like not much at all.

Thanks to fracking, OPEC producers can control pricing or they can maintain market share, but they can no longer do both — and even the pricing is getting iffy.

    Do you understand this?

I'm not sure this is the biggest deal in the world but, great. No leader should bow and scrape to another. All world leaders are equal in their position, even if their nations are not.

Nope. Because it is obvious that fracking companies can not compete with OPEC at all. While you seem to wrongly assume fracking companies are a competitieve alternative for the traditional way.

I concur but I loved it when President G.H. Bush (41) vomited on the PM of Japan.

Another way of "Remember Pearl Harbor."

When they controlled the market, they most certainly did, that was the entire reason for the cartel.

WINNING: Oil Exports, Illegal for Decades, Now Fuel a Texas Port Boom.

Oil exports grew slowly through most of 2016, but this year there has been a surge reaching 1.3 million barrels a day — roughly 15 percent of domestic production — which even at today’s depressed prices is worth more than $1.5 billion a month.

That may be only the beginning. In a test a few weeks ago, the French-flagged supertanker Anne, empty but capable of holding more than two million barrels of oil, docked safely at Occidental Petroleum’s year-old export terminal here. The docking of the 1,093-foot vessel, larger than any tanker to come into port previously in the Gulf of Mexico, is seen as the herald of an export boom, lifting the spirits of American oil executives despondent over the crumbling price of crude and sending ripples across global energy markets.

“This is our chance, this is our turn to prosper,” said Khalid A. Muslih, executive vice president of Buckeye Partners, a pipeline and terminal operator in the midst of a major export expansion. “We’re working our way toward energy independence. We’re grabbing market share, and we’re doing our part to rectify our imbalance of trade.”

“Get the hell out of my way!” the wise man once said.

Because Obama had something in head what is called brain and what decency is ... something where Trump is lacking for much.

Decency is given or not... and Trump has in many things 0.00 decency which are common to civilized people!

If you know why the war was fought, it had more to do with saltpeter than taxation.
