What is the general greatest concern for 2020 elections and the politics behind them?

I voted clean energy, foreign policy, and partisan BS.

I would guess foreign policy being the hottest debate issue.

Interesting picks. I went with Healthcare, Infrastructure and Banking... I do like the pick of clean energy, I suppose I was looking at a broader picture than just clean energy, but the infrastructure that would support it and an economic system which would allow for it. And I wonder what's going to happen to healthcare for millions that can't afford it.

I think the hot issues will be Russia/NK, Afghanistan, Iraq, Latin American Russian presense...etc.

This might be a warmonger election to distract us from more internal problems.

...seems about right, wag the dog. I suppose the oil wars will continue... It is a shame it can't be less about fear and more about hope... but that just isn't politics anymore.

I'm just sick of the superpacs and donor power in elections. We shouldn't pay politicians any more than we would a teacher.

I don't think either party had the balls to do whst it takes to address our major problems in any meaningful way. But i also think the agenda of the Democrats is overtly evil i cannot in good conscience vite for them.
    Abortion is murder
    Minority rights are special rights
No one is born gay, it is a choice
Gender and sex are the same thing, your biological sex is your gender.
The electoral college protects us from tyranny

    So yeah I'm voting conservative.

It is all about the money folks. Everything else people have already made the decision on. So unless there is a war then it will come down to what the economy is doing on election night and what the candidates plans are for it.

I agree it certainly looks as that is so. But with the current poll clearly stressing that the greatest concern by a far margin is Economy and Jobs, which to me reads as "Business as Usual", the current status quo seems to be acceptable. When has Economy or Jobs never been a concern for an election? However, with automation looming, and education lacking, I wonder how this will play out in the long run?

I can't agree more with this...

However, there is two sides to a coin...

When is abortion murder? Every time? What if the fetus compromises the mother's health? What if the fetus was conceived from rape, incest? I for one would not condone abortion, but I don't either dictate to another being their choices of what happens in or to their own body.

Yes, for a reason. In a simple anecdote... there are handicap spots closer to the door so it is easier for special needs to get in. I'm simply saying that we need to transverse social barriers that are inherent in our current derived social construct.

Yes, it is their choice... and only theirs.

We live in a new age, one of medical paradoxes... this will not change.

    How?

I was going to put War as a poll option, but I thought Military and Defense would cover it. Sadly, it is about money... not money that backs anything of actual value, but the contrived 90% of it that backs nothing, ...but the blood, sweat, and tears of those majority that close to have nothing.

    1. Abortion is the taking of a human life. It's reasonable to take a life to save a life.
All other abortion is flat out murder.

    2. The electoral college ensures that the presidential election represents the whole country not just new york and Chicago.

I think that the Swamp has to be drained before the other problems can be addressed...... I think that President Trump is up against something pretty astonishing.

But I have to admit......... flawed as it is government at this time is not as bad as it was back during the time of President Lincoln.

I picked immigration and the border. We are on track to have two to three million more illegal immigrants in the next two years. That is going to have an impact.

I have lots of concerns for 2020.
I do not want to vote for Trump but i will if i have to.
Number 1 concern defeating the socialist agenda, because it is authoritarian. The Democrats, even the ones now considered moderates are so far left from the pre- Obama years.
They have gone from abortions being sahe, legal and rare to a celebrated event

They have gone from background checks to abolishing the 2nd ammendment.
They have gone from free elections to getting rid of the electoral college.

They call themselves progressive what they mean is that they intent to progressively ruin this country with taxes and laws limiting freedom. It has nothing to do with progression as a better and better society.

The Democrats are forcing me to vote for trump by being radical idiots who complain without solutions.
