Greene calls for probe into why Trump was unaware of previous Chinese balloons

Someone knew up in the higher chain of command, they just made the decision not to tell anyone. But they knew.

 

Objectively, that would be the Republican failures. The Orange Stain was , objectively, so oblivious, ignorant, and incompetent, it's a wonder that we survived the COVID pandemic, that Ukraine wasn't given away to Russia, and that Putin didn't have the polling results from the 2020 election before the US press did, objectively.

The BDS is so strong, objectively, among Republicans that, objectively, this Chinese balloon could have soft landed on the White House lawn and the Republicans would have screamed that we were being invaded.

 

That was a head scratching response.

 

Trump did not attend the morning security briefings and if he did, he may very well have torn it up and thrown it out.

1) uncover who was incompetent enough not to inform the president.

FInd the whole story false as anominous sources making the claims are forced to be revealed.

The 'trump' name is what gets the attention but MTG is right: How does the POTUS not get informed of this? How was the media not informed of this, forget Trump during his administration? And what does that say about the "who we are" security apparatus of Washington?

She is simply reacting to the 2nd version of the 3 Trump balloons story. First it was '3 balloons during Trump adm.' story. Everyone in the Trump administration denies it. Second it was 'but the military didnt tell the Trump administration' about the 3 balloons'. This is what MTG is reacting to. NOW we have version 3, 'the military didnt learn of the 3 balloons during the Trump adm, UNTIL after the Trump administration.

Its all absurd. They made up the 3 balloons story, they got caught and had to come up with this absurd story that they didnt detect the presence of the 3 balloons until after Ttrump was out of office.
Telling you its raining as they pee on your leg. The insulting part is they think we will believe them and the sad part is that half the country will.

No, it was this administration's claim that there were 3 such balloons during the Trump adm so we shouldnt be so critical of Bidens choices with this balloon.

The american public is much better off, at times, when it does not know. What started this whole mess was the internet and the fear-mongering that went along with it, including shooting the thing down. and when it was shot down, the very same people on the internet were still not satisfied. It is like trying to please a spoiled child and not matter what you do it is not good enough for that spoiled child.

 

Has a nice ring to it; and evokes the image of a clown pantomime vignette-- perhaps it could even lead to a new line of Trump digital trading cards!

 

So then, it would follow, that when the new regime did figure it out, they showed increased competence, over the previous leadership, right?

 

Some Trump officials are making the claim that the three weather balloons are all bogus and made up with none of them traveling across the US. Some are saying that it happened on his watch, no matter how you want to take it. But the problem is that someone knew what these were and so forth. The other problem is the internet took this balloon and made it fear-mongering that it was a "spy balloon" and we are being spied on even though that happens with satellites and human intelligence anyway. Most of this story is blown out of proportion,. And then when it was shot down, the very same people who made the fear-mongering story and wanted it shot down is now not satisfied that it was shot down over the Atlantic ocean with a 7-mile debris field. Imagine if that happened where houses were damaged and god forbid a human life was taken because the debris field did not go down in a remote part of the US where no one gets hurt, like in cartoons and sci fi shows.

But the whole point of my contention is that someone in the government knew and that person, high up in the chain of command, took it upon themselves not to share it with anyone. Or they knew it was nothing much like this, kept it a secret, including the President, and no one was harmed. Sometimes the internet is its own worse enemy at times, especially when people spread conspiracy theories that don't make a bit of sense no matter how one uses logic.

 

And the third version claimed by the Biden administration.

There's no good answers here. Either they knew and didn't want to tell the previous POTUS, for whatever reason. Or they didn't know and they were idiots. Or the Biden Administration made the story up on the fly.

Either way, 'who we are' continues to show me why their little Washington group doesn't deserve power. Being ruled by the idiocracy is a very frustrating experience.

 

Which would mean the Biden administration is lying to us.
