2 women injured by hammer-wielding attacker yelling 'Allahu Akbar' in France
After assaulting women with hammer, the attacker fled and is still on the loose; the women were treated and are not in any physical danger; incident is being investigated as a terrorist attack.
The local prosecutor's office said witnesses of the attack in a public park of the town center heard the attacker shout "Allahu Akbar" while hitting the women, who were taken to hospital but whose life is not in danger.
Prosecutors said they were treating the incident as a possible terror attack, but also did not rule out the possibility the attacker was deranged.
The attacker was still on the run on Friday afternoon, police said.

In Florida, USA, there was a Catholic Nun with a chainsaw in her hands. Fortunately, she was just using it to cut down some tree branches after hurricane Irma.
The Muslim Jihadists should consider using hammer to help build or repair houses for people in need, rather than attack "infidels", and that example may go further towards convincing people in general that Islam is about peace, not violence.

This happened in urbane, savior faire, all-inclusive France...? Naw, you must be kidding....

If the French are too deluded and infused with "inclusive" propaganda to have learned what radical, violent Islam really is by this point, then let them SUFFER! Same for the Brits, and same for the Germans. If you let a snake in your bed, don't be surprised if you get bitten!

What makes you think "the French" or "the Brits" or "the Germans" don't know what radical Islam is?
Is this referring to the people, the governments, the authorities?
Judging by the measures taken in France and their experience of the last ~ 2 years, I'd say they very well know what radical Islam is.
But I see you used a conditional sentence, so everything with an if.

OK, I'll make a modification... "WHEN you let a snake in your bed, don't be surprised WHEN you get bitten!"

Moreover, WHEN the French, Brits, Germans, et al, develop an accurate understanding of what 'true-believer' Muslims are commanded to do by their 'holy book', the Quran, these Europeans will be equipped to make more intelligent decisions about what kind of people they allow in their midst, and which kinds they do not.... Oh, and yes, the same understanding will occur WHEN we Americans arrive at the same valid conclusions.... Read their 'book', observe their actual behavior in the 21st-century, and then understand them for what they ARE... not for what they pretend to be.

Correct me if I'm wrong. You're saying you (singular pronoun) have this accurate understanding and you also have the competence to judge that 208 million people or the respective governments for that matter don't have it?
I for one am very sure that authories in said countries know what radical Islam is.

Horror: Four American Women Hospitalized After Acid Attack In France.....

The Associated Press is reporting that four young American women have been hospitalized following an acid attack in France. The assault, which occurred in the southern city of Marseilles, left two of the four with injuries; one is facing possible eye damage. Blessedly, overall, it doesn’t look like the injuries are serious. French authorities noted that no declarations were made when the assailant, a 41-year-old woman, attacked the tourists. Terrorism has not been ruled out as a possible motive. The other two victims were hospitalized for shock (via AP):

Four young American tourists were attacked with acid Sunday at a train station in the French city of Marseille and a 41-year-old woman has been arrested as their alleged assailant, the Marseille prosecutor’s office said.

The spokeswoman said the suspect did not make any extremist threats or declarations during the attack. She said there were no obvious indications that the woman’s actions were terror-related, but added that officials could not completely rule out terror as a motive so early in the investigation......snip~

Yes, they know what radical Islam is but, like most in the western democracies, they don't know what to do about it. Their main concern has always been "Islamophobia".

What I'm saying is that I can read the COMMANDS that are issued to true-believers of Islam in their 'holy book', the Quran, and see exactly what is expected of them. I have no difficulty in relating this directly into what 'true believers' in Islam actually PRACTICE among we (pronoun) "infidels" -- not a thousand years ago, but right now, today, in the 21st-century!

Do you have trouble understanding those COMMANDMENTS issued to their 'faithful'? Please allow me to help you with your understanding of the REAL Islam: http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/pages/quran/violence.aspx

If they released the names and photos of the suspects I think the readers could decide whether it was 'terrorism' or not.

its a fact the Koran has some pretty angry and hateful things to say about non-Muslims, especially those who worship idols.

No, I don't have a problem with understanding that and there's no reason to put a 'pronoun' behind 'we' (unlike 'you', 'we' doesn't cause confusion regarding singular/plural).
I'm sometimes surprised by the number of people who apparently have a PhD in Islamic studies, or just read something here and there on the internet and think they are experts. I also fail to see how a silly pic with an idiot holding a knife is to add anything to a debate, but that's just me.

Not an act of terrorism they say.....just a mental nutcase.

UPDATE: AP now reports that the acid attack will not be investigated as an act of terrorism. The assailant has a history of mental health issues and did not try to flee the scene after the attack. The American women who were assaulted have been identified as Courtney Siverling, Charlotte Kaufman, Michelle Krug and Kelsey Korsten. They’re all students at Boston College. The director of the BC’s Office of International Programs said, “It appears that the students are fine, considering the circumstances.”

It could be someone who is overly stressed by the uncertainties of the modern world, another 'lone wolf' attack perhaps, or maybe a Muslim. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acid_throwing

I don't care if it's written on parchment or toilet paper -- the Quran is what it is, and it says what it says. If you don't like a particular website, does that necessarily mean that it's a "hate" site? Are you the judge of these matters? Are the translations inaccurate...?

Or, to put it another way, do you have a translation of the Quran that says something different...? Yeah... I thought not. Hint: if YOU are an "infidel", then YOU are on Islam's 'hit list'....

Hello?! Where are you, notme? I guess notme is not there.... No surprise....

Like I said, no matter whether someone likes it or not, the Quran is what it is, and it says what it says. Examine exactly what it says, understanding that its 'true-believers' practice what it says, right now, today, in the 21st-century -- not just hundreds or thousands of years ago.... And that means that if you are what these people are taught is an "infidel", you are a TARGET. Now, go and slink away into what you hope is silent invisibility, avoiding having to face the simple truth of the matter....
