Hispanic population of California = 35%

therefore, they are under represented in that school

Lets see... Barack got in as a foreign student and Liz got in as a native American. Sounds like the numbers could be a little skewed.

A long time ago I mentioned on this forum how a classmate of mine had a scholarly Puerto Rican friend who was rejected by the University of Puerto Rico while a white friend with lower grades was accepted by that school due to reverse affirmative action. There have been other cases but this is the one I know of.

Well there you have it ... long time ago a Pale Face took the Spot of a Puerto Rican ... at The University of Puerto Rico.
Soo much privilege, so little time.

Years ago I read The Histories by Herodotus in which he mentioned that Greek civilization and scholarship originated in Egypt. Ancient Egyptian schools opened their doors to impoverished Greek scholars who learned all kinds of sciences and technologies there for free. I'm sure that some Egyptian scholars were turned away at the door so that those Greeks could be admitted.

If so, then they were the first ones to object to reverse affirmative action.

I bet it's really embarrassing for some of these RW'ers to get lapped by a lowly Minority ... I mean, they really never got the opportunity to recover from that Community Organizer from Kenya kicking their ass Back-2-Black by a voter margin of 9.5 and 5 Million Votes. Probably all Illegal Voters anyway.
