What most people don't understand is the Clinton "issues" with official email go back to 2000.

People need to read this about the woman who ran the Clinton White House email server and her role in 2000 helping Clinton make emails disappear.

Clinton's email server manager (Callahan) threatened White House contractors to cover up a loss of email, then went to DHS as Deputy CIO claiming to have a PHD whereupon her PHD, Graduate Degree, and undergraduate degree were found to be fake. After being forced out of DHS, Obama placed her in the newly formed DOD Cyber Security Command.

You're probably closer to the truth than you realize. The people going to this summit most likely know that there never was a hack, but a leak. They are aware that Podesta is not a total moron who would follow phishing links, just like they know that Clinton isn't stupid enough to think that wiping a server is done with a cloth.
