The leftness looks to play off of one statement here and there. Then its change tangents. From classified emails found on a private server. To classifications, who has jurisdiction. Then and now markings. The FBI says it found classified material on her server. Hillary says they didn't. So they believe Hillary over the FBI now.....as the FBI are allies of Repubs and the Vast Right wing conspiracy that has always had out for Hillary.

Then its just come back later and go with the same talking points. But don't have anything that changes the facts that have been presented.

The FBI, however, does not perform “security reviews

Wrong LOTS of information she would have dealt with was classified BEFORE it was entered into an email and sent to someone, it doesn't become classified BECAUSE it is entered into an email. If someone tells her the location of a secret meeting between a state department official and a foreign official that information is classified at birth, when the meeting was set up and was classified when it was told to her. If she then puts that information in an email the email contains classified information. If she does that on an no SCI server, her private unsecured server she has committed a felony. She doesn't write the email then send it to someone to get a classified header. The email CONTAINS classified information and she has committed a felony.

There is no mistaking what the State and IC IG's have stated. The email contains then and now Top Secret Markings. Even the FBI is aware that they reported this. Did you not note I highlighted the ODNI nor any others disputed it. Other than State who has no jurisdiction over it.

Also, Hillary emailed Blumenthal back despite her saying she didn't. They now have those emails showing she responded back. Oh and those emails Blumenthal gave to Gowdy who in return gave them to the State Dept. Also they did show Hillary in an exchange in an email over an issue that one would need a security clearance for. Which says nothing about keeping Blumenthal out of States business like BO's Team directed.

As when Hillary returned Blumenthals email. It should have been in with all of her other emails. It wasn't.

Hillary did claim she gave State all of her emails. Other than the 30 k she deleted and wiped had wiped from the server. Under penalty of Perjury, remember. Then those emails showed up.

A 2015 appeal by the State Department to challenge the “Top Secret” classification of at least two emails failed and, as Fox News first reported, is now considered a settled matter......snip~

Sure, try to make that case. But claiming a crime has been committed is just distractive noise.

I'm curious, though, how "State and later reviewers disagree on whether these docs should be classified" automatically leads to "she is inept and incompetent." There is no logical link there.

"...The information in the emails “was not obtained through a classified product, but is considered ‘per se’ classified” because it pertains to drones, the official added. The U.S. treats drone operations conducted by the CIA as classified, even though in a 2012 internet chat Presidential Barack Obama acknowledged U.S.-directed drone strikes in Pakistan.

The source noted that the intelligence community considers information about classified operations to be classified even if it appears in news reports or is apparent to eyewitnesses on the ground. For example, U.S. officials with security clearances have been warned not to access classified information leaked to WikiLeaks and published in the New York Times.

“Even though things are in the public domain, they still retain their classification level,” the official said. “The ICIG maintains its position that it’s still ‘codeword’ classified.”

The State Department is likely to persist in its contention that some information the intelligence community claimed was “top secret” because it related to North Korean nuclear tests was actually the product of “parallel reporting” that did not rely on classified intelligence products and so should not be treated as highly classified, the official said."

And some of the “top secret/SCI level” information was later classified as TS days after *after* they were sent.

"The Office of the Director of National Intelligence concluded that report was not classified until several day after the emails were sent and received."

Source: Key Clinton emails did not contain highly classified secrets

"The initial determination was based on a flawed process," the source said. "There was an intelligence product people thought [one of the emails] was based on, but that actually postdated the email in question."

Nothing you wrote contradicts what I wrote.

If she was sent classified info, it should have been identified as classified. If it was not, that is the fault of the sender, not the receiver.

If she was writing information, it was left to her judgment to decide if it was classified or not. Improperly classifying a document, besides being a subjective thing in most cases, is not a crime.

If you insist on claiming Hillary committed a felony, you are going to be sorely disappointed when the investigative report comes out.

This took care of Politicos story and the play off Clappers statement. It also put the State Dept on notice.

Sources: Review affirms Clinton server emails were 'top secret,' despite department challenge.....

EXCLUSIVE: An intelligence community review has re-affirmed that two classified emails were indeed “top secret” when they hit Hillary Clinton’s unsecured personal server despite a challenge to that designation by the State Department, according to two sources familiar with the review.

The sources described the dispute over whether the two emails were classified at the highest level as a “settled matter.”

The agencies that owned and originated that intelligence – the CIA and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency or NGA – reviewed the emails to determine how they should be properly stored, as the State Department took issue with their highly classified nature. The subject matter of the messages is widely reported to be the movement of North Korean missiles and a drone strike. A top secret designation requires the highest level of security, and can include the use of an approved safe.

The sources, who were not authorized to speak on the record, told Fox News that while the emails were indeed “top secret” when they hit Clinton’s server, one of them remains “top secret” to this day -- and must be handled at the highest security level. The second email is still considered classified but at the lower “secret” level because more information is publicly available about the event.

The findings have been transmitted to the State Department, which continues to challenge the intelligence community’s conclusions about the classification of all the emails. But the department has no authority to change the classification since it did not originate the information......snip~

I don't think this is correct. Nothing was marked "secret" at the time.

Um, so? He sends her something that later reviewers deem "classified" -- even though it came from a non-classified source, and apparently wasn't taken too seriously by Clinton. She responds to the email. THAT is what you're claiming is a major scandal?

Quite a few Blumenthal emails were part of her releases, as were responses.
    http://dailycaller.com/2016/01/30/f...st-clinton-release-are-completely-classified/

Later, a few more were found. They are not earth-shattering. They are not the smoking gun. They are simply emails that were missed in the first go-round. This happens when you're sorting through tens of thousands of emails.

Another example of how "being human" turns into "she lied!!"

Did you read the post above?

On Nov. 6, Politico reported that the intelligence community was retreating from the “top secret” classification, a development that could have helped Clinton’s presidential campaign deflect allegations about mishandling classified material. Fox News can confirm it is true the handling of one email has changed since it was drafted and sent, but this change has no bearing on the “top secret” nature of the emails when first received on Clinton’s server. And this is what matters to the FBI probe......snip~

If you don't want Hillary for president, make sure Trump doesn't become the republican candidate. Hillary vs Trump will be more a race of "which one can we absolutely not have as president" than ever before. And trump will will win that contest... making Hillary president.

    Trump is a game changer.

Personally, I'd be very disappointed in that unless, of course, that's the color of the outfit she wears while swinging from the end of a rope on the Capitol Mall.

RayRay. It was her private account on a private server. Not connected to the secure server at State. As such, the secure server will not send emails to Hillary's private one. They have to be "jumped". Cut and paste things, or screen shots, etc. I am sure you understand.

We already have an email where Hillary is imploring another State Dept employee to jump the info. It is also alleged, and makes perfect sense, that this info was jumped my Mills and Abedin. While we do have to wait for the official FBI report, referral, etc., before Hillary can be indicted etc., it is not difficult to accurately speculate on what is being looked at, as this is certainly a criminal investigation now.

No she is not the determiner whether information that is classified IS classified. SHE included classified information in emails she sent. She was aware classified information was on her server. She asked subordinates to remove any headers if they existed on emails containing classified information.

Again if she has knowledge of classified information and puts that information in an email and sends it to someone it doesn't matter if there is no marking on it, the email contains classified information and sending it through a private unsecured server is a felony. And if she directs someone to send her classified information on her unsecured server that is a crime and since she directed ALL her official emails be sent to her unsecured server................

What is even more of a riot is that yesterday, at the Town Hall, Hillary had this exchange with Baier:
And who was the head of The State Department ?

If you go to the link, and read further, Hillary makes it sound as though info is only reviewed for classification once it is pending release to the public. Which is such bull(*)(*)(*)(*). This woman is one massive liar.
