    how do you figure the 14th amendment isn't a constitutional requirement?
    and in order to change it, you will need an amendment.

    Of course it has. US v Wong Kim Ark. jurisdiction was further clarified in plyler v doe.

    It’s in plain language in the 14th amendment. Congress can do nothing about it. It would require an amendment repealing the 14th

    Maybe you should go back and see what I wrote.
    I didn't say the 14th amendment wasn't a constitutional requirement. I said automatic birthright citizenship immediately upon birth isn't necessarily a constitutional requirement.
