    While I'm certain their votes against the resolution were meant as protest, one could easily assume the OP's statement to be true based on all the damning info coming out of the interviews thus far.

    They are all about headlines, if you talk to their supporters you can understand why. None of them actually know whats going on, they just shout out headlines at you, then run away screaming "not your Right wing talking points!!!"

    It's truly hilarious, they are losing support by the day, while their media keeps printing headlines that they are somehow winning.

    It is BLATANTLY obvious that Trump has far more support than he did in 2016, WHEN HE GOT 63 MILLION VOTES.

    How many votes do these people think he is going to get now? They really think less? You kidding me?

    This is actually a nice example of "Project Mockingbird"

    Have one crazy person, completely tell the opposite of the truth and put it in a headline.

    Have other crazy people, back it up with emotional outbursts that avoid the actual context of what is going on.

    Stir up hatred = people don't talk about it
    Stir up confusion = people don't talk about it
    Stir up frustration = people don't talk about it.

    This "framing" simply isn't working anymore, they keep pushing it because they don't know what else to do.

    Without the "message", they have nothing, and their message is currently being torn apart.

    It is BLATANTLY obvious that Bat Boy is going to be elected as a 3rd Party Candidate in 2020.

    Anybody can say ANYTHING (at this point) as far as "Predicting" the Result in 2020.

    ^Funny how that works.

    I guess that NEITHER of our "BLATANTLY obvious" statements can be proven (or disproven) until Election Night 2020.

    Of course the gop could not vote FOR an impeachment inquiry.

    but in the end, they will lose a major objection about hidden hearings etc. and all of the witness will testify again, with all the associated publicity,

    So they did not vote against for the reason in the thread topic..., but the thread topic accurately describes the unwelcome result

    I completely agree with you about "them" especially Fox Network ( my words about Fox) stirring up hatred. They lied about and crapped on Col. Vindman the other day because he spoke the truth and spoke truth to power. Autocrats and dictators do not like that.

    Then a third person like Partizan1, comes in to add a completely random piece of information meant to drive the conversation away from the topic. So can I assume you are ok with the media lying to you like this to drive propaganda?

    Russia Hoax was a complete lie that is now known to be false?

    I'm not sure what you're basing the idea on that they are losing support. Impeachment has only increased in popularity according to polling.

    I predict he will have less voters. Before his first term, there was at least some unknown as to what kind of president and person he would be. This next time around, there is no mystery.

    That means there will be no "lets give him a chance" voters. And there's no Hillary Clinton towing 20 years of legacy behind her to drive folks to Trump's camp. He has not drained any swamps, quite the opposite. He's brought his own swamp and put it on display front and center.

    His supporters had better hope that the illusion that the president made the economy good holds up, because other than that and the two new Supreme Court justices, he mostly has a legacy of being a jackass and little else. There's Al-Baghdadi, sure, but all he did there was authorize a mission. The kudos for that go to those in the military and intelligence communities who did the work. And yes, that same stipulation is true for Obama and Bin Laden.

    Many polls are showing WI and PA trending towards anyone but trump
    NC and FL are both within the MOE
    AZ and NE are trending trump

    I don’t know about you, but impeachment followed by removal by the people is a great outcome.

    You are following the polls, I would suggest not doing that.

    Meanwhile, he is setting record breaking funding from $200 or less per donor.

    Conservative media has grown hundreds of percent faster than Progressive media. MSM has lost 70% of their publications like Think Progress and Buzzfeed. They lost 7,200 jobs in 2019 alone.

    Viewership for Independent media has grown so large, Open Society foundation has funded attempts to silence them all over the world, it's not working....

    Record breaking attendance at rally's all over the nation.

    Individual specific polling showing that black Americans and Hispanic Americans now support him

    The only way to prove this, is to let a vote happen in 2020. Why do you think they are trying to stop the vote from happening?


    Meanwhile on the other side? Nothing ....

    If you are still believing MSM polls, you are simply being mislead.

    Actually he is not doing better. He got the Isis terrorist and his ratings didn’t go up one bit in the polls. More than half the country wants the trial and impeachment . And remember he may have gotten 63 million votes but Hillary got more. More Americans didn’t want him then did warn him. He is the only president that I can remember who never got over 50% in approval
