This is simple. If you are paranoid, don't do anything by computer. Every computer can be hacked if it is tied to the Internet, and absolutely nothing sent over the internet is safe or secure. Everything can be captured, cracked, and used against you. Everything. I laugh whenever these things come up, because they mostly work off of the ignorance of people. Saying things that they think will make some happy, but really giving nothing of value but teaching new buzzwords to individuals.
