How are we supposed to help black people?

During Obama's second term in office, I started to wonder why we continually hear about black people and their problems and their complaints. And what is our response supposed to be? Are we supposed to be doing something to help them? How are we supposed to do that? If spending trillions of dollars on social welfare and passing hundreds of laws to protect them from discrimination and give them privileges in school admissions, employment, and contracting over the last 50 years hasn't helped then I'm not sure that anything that I can do as one individual will make a significant difference. It seems like aggressive policing and mass incarceration has helped them the most. Locking up more black criminals has led to significantly safer black communities. I read somewhere that Mayor Giuliani's reforms in NYC are estimated to have saved 10,000 black lives. But now we're told those things are racist. The police are racist. The criminal justice system is racist.

The only real answer to this is to demand equality in all things. And I mean all things.

Demand that blacks adhere to societal norms.
Demand that Affirmative Action be ended.
Demand that preferential treatment of black students be immediately stopped.
Demand that liberals stop pandering to the entitlement of the black community.

since 1964,we the taxpayers have spent over 22 trillion on the war on poverty.
the right question is how do we help taxpayers.
