I choose the more issues unite than divide option. I believe that for the most part, this remains true. I believe that its a very small, yet vocal minority who is driving the radical agendas on both sides, and that common every day Americans really as split as it seems if it comes down to it.

However I fear that those lines are being blurred rapidly as people on both sides of the isle continue to put faith in more and more radical yet opposing ideas.

That depends on the person. It varies accordingly.

I think viewing anyone as the enemy is non productive. I think we are too lazy with our English language skills and our hyperbole and that doesn't help either.

I am neither Democrat nor Republican.

I view Leftists who want to suppress Free Speech as The Enemy of Humankind. I do not advocate anything illegal.

I believe The State should protect our Freedom. I am a great fan of President Bolsonaro if he can impose real punitive measures on Leftists. Duterte's blasphemous words are inexcusable, thus I am not his fan.

I view Conservatives who oppose Welfare for disabled people, advocate for guns and other dangerous items as people who have enormous character flaws. Like America's forefathers did a good thing in supporting freedom, but their tolerance of Slavery is unforgivable.

But I am grateful to Conservatives for defending everyone's Free Speech.

I feel some republicans have sunk to a new low supporting Trump no mater what

thankfully most republicans I know do not actually support Trump, they just did not want a democrat to win, they hoped Trump would change when in office, are sad that he did not

Leftists want to impose Compete Censorship enforced by Monopolies. People who have no Free Speech are not really Free.

During 1776 -- 1861 even as the First Amendment existed many Slaves had no Free Speech or any other Freedom. In 1860, Democrats stood for Slavery.

so you don't support this site having a TOS and censoring personal attacks and calls for violence, vile\hateful comments, ect....

you think the government should force this site to say whatever others want them to say

I woudl like to see the President be for all the people and not just himself

    google alternative

    https://duckduckgo.com

course if all republicans use that, then they no longer influence the most popular hits on google and their sites drop down in the list

Of course President Trump has about as many faults as Stalin. But Stalin redeemed himself in 1941 -- '45. I hope President Trump can Make Internet Free Again.

Leftists are welcome on most Conservative forums/groups such as this one.

Anyone disagreeing with Leftists is unwelcome on Leftist spaces.

I tend to limit how I feel about people until I've had a good base of evidence to work with. It's easy to fall into the trap of making assumptions about people because of politics and pigeonholing them into one dimensional tv bad guys whose only personality seems to be what is necessary to annoy and/or outrage you. That's what social media is helping to do to America, which really means America is doing it to itself since we are the social in social media.

republicans do not know what freedom of speech is

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/10/31/palin-criticism-threatens_n_139729.html

"Palin told WMAL-AM that her criticism of Obama's associations, like those with 1960s radical Bill Ayers and the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, should not be considered negative attacks. Rather, for reporters or columnists to suggest that it is going negative may constitute an attack that threatens a candidate's free speech rights under the Constitution, Palin said."
