    odd, that the bible teaches that 'we' all came from the same couple, or were there dozens/hundreds of 'edens' , each with their own 'adam's & eve's'...

    as for the op, race is unimportant, rather following our laws/regulations is of utmost importance...

    it's ok to 'remember' your own culture, even celebrate it, as long as it doesn't involve breaking any of our laws,
    ie:
    • woman are not your slaves to be forced to walk 10 paces behind you... not here, not in america
    • human/animal sacrifice...
    if you must follow those 'traditions', take a trip back to your 'homeland' and get your 'fix', then leave it behind before coming back to america...

    You know in part yes Cheeseburgers and Coca-Cola are intrinsically American. Those two things hearken back to a lot of our strengths such as ingenuity, entrepreneurship, and a strong worth ethic. All things prized by American society. Others such as individualism, pioneering spirit, and tenacity can be seen in how quickly we grew as a country. We of course have our flaws, we are an aggressive, high handed, and often times a greedy culture. But every culture is a mix of good and bad traits.

    Mississippi didn't grow. Mississippi got forgotten. Almost all of their young male population is incarcerated, even Whites. And let's not talk Alabama, Kentucky or God forbid West Virginia. It's pretty bad too.

    That is an exaggeration, there are a huge number of people in those states incarcerated but "almost all" is a crazy claim. But let me ask what do you mean by "grow?"

    Mississippi has almost 3 Million people and just about 19K males in prison. Approximately 1% of males in prison. What's your definition of "almost all?"

    Most likely they were not just thrown in jail for the fun of it. Unfortunately with our abundance of freedom, people forget that it comes with responsibility. Should be ignore when people break the law?

    Remember those two states have more people combined then your country. We are dealing with a very large and diverse population. Every state will have unique problems and unique advantages for their populations. The great thing is that people can choose to move to areas that better fit their needs. This is a great country with tons of opportunities to succeed and to fail.

    Where did I support that? I simply pointed out he didn't want to be treated the way minorities are treated in this country - no more, no less. It's telling that idea seems to give you the drizzles...

    It's kind of sad really, how small areas, or areas like Wyoming went into oblivion. A lie has been sold to people about Wyoming, that Cheyenne was gonna be the greatest city in the US. When the Union Pacific passed through Wyoming, their real estates didn't cost a penny. Still the coldest and less prosperous US state.

    Is it really oblivion though? I have been there a few times and have a couple of friends up there. They like it as it is and would be unhappy if it changed a lot.
