In the 1970s, jewish terrorists got the TV show Bridget Loves Bernie cancelled. These terrorists didn't like the fact that the show was about a jew who married a non-jewish woman, so they started intimidating the people involved in it, and they even sent them bomb threats: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bridget_Loves_Bernie Was it right of jewish leaders to protest against this TV show? Was it really offensive to jews? Also, I get the impression that this jewish terrorist campaign is little known to the public. Am I correct? And if I am, why do you think that is? After all, one would think that it's a big deal that racist terrorists managed to get a popular Hollywood sitcom cancelled, even if it happened in the 70s.
Much like the current left wing terrorists shutting down conservative speakers across the nation like Milo.
More likely nobody gives a damn about **** from fifty odd years ago. By the way it was sandwiched between Mary Tyler Moore and All in the family It would have needed to be that absolute worst show in the history of the world to not have good ratings.
Really? So if "neo-Nazi" terrorists had managed to get a popular TV show about a mixed-race couple cancelled with intimidation and bomb threats, you don't think that the media would bring it up today? You think that they would say "Oh, who cares about that? It happened 50 years ago"? Hmm...
Sorry I said nothing about the media. I think our current media would stir the pot any damn way they could. The only thing we've got fewer of than Jews in this country is Neo-Nazis. All I was responding to was why you got so few responses in this thread.
I assumed that you were talking about the media since you quoted my OP, but thanks for clearing it up. This is a good point.
It was the 70s. Sending bomb threats and overdosing on heroin was just what you did for fun back then, in between watching people get assassinated and thinking about Nixon. I'm 100% sure that's what the 70s were like, after centuries of research. Which ultimately ties into a pet theory of mine that the 2010s are just 5 years of the 60s and what looks like it'll be 5 years of the 70s, in terms of political climate
The whole thing sounds fishy to me. I was an adult back then and don't even recall the show at all much less any scandal about it. True or not, why is this being brought up now? Steve
You got proof who sent bomb threats? Actual proof that organized terrorists did it? Either way, all your threads are pathetic, no one here really seems to care about them. These threads either have no support from the other racists/bigots here, or their silence speaks volumes in not damning the obvious anti-Semetic hate in all of these threads.
Yes. From my OP: Well, you seem to care since you have made a large amount of posts in several of my threads. And lots of other people seem to care as well since my most popular thread (Non-Jews should not be allowed to live in Israel - Israel's Chief Rabbi) has 26,716 views and 630 replies.
