Since y2k and 9/11 one fundamentel thing happened, that society is communicating more than fifteen years back. Chaos in communications increased.

The old state of order inside each individual's mind were more unequal levels in low emotion.
Currenty the chaos inside each individual's mind is more equal in state of emotion.

You can imagen that when an even higer state of chaos , thus an even more equal higher level of emotion inside each individual's mind has reached, the return to order will be an equal process.
If society (a majority of the population) returns to a state of new order with equal states of emotion, you have new order, but nobody wants new order, but return to the old state of order (and even further back in history, the state of order inside each individual in the 1950s was low and more natural, unequal in more individuals)

If society want to remain its freedom don't become part of the process from chaos to new order (absolute order) The only way to return to an unequal state of order (it by letting the emotion inside each indivudual unequally drop) Ofcourse this will not be exactly the same amount of emotion, there will always be an amount of artificial emotion remain (because the old state of emotion was destroyed by an increase of emotion since y2k and the events and crises)

But there are still a lot of people who remember the old atmosphere of the 1950s, 60s 70s 80s, 90s.
For everybody that was born post 1990 it will always be an artifial type of new order. The whole trick is to create an old state of order, which must be at least unequal and low state of emotion.

Conclusion: An artificial and unequal low state of order is better than a complete new state of order (that (new order) would can mean order under a totalitarian rule)

No absolute order, but relative order.
