According to this source and it seems sensible even if Romney gets in and if he gets the needed Senate seats to do something it would be nearly impossible to repeal the law and waivers wouldn't kick in under the law until 2017 IF states apply for them.

Reconciliation is also far from an ideal option if it could be used.

So I don't see why there is any debate if the law is bad or good since eliminating it before it kicks in seems very remote to me thanks to the Supreme Court saying the core of the law is acceptable and the CBO said repeal will cost the government money, both of which makes repeal harder.

no no. hes only going to repeal that BAD parts, and KEEP the good parts.

Oh ya. and pre existing conditions are still covered under romney to. But WITHOUT the mandate.... ya... good luck carrying THAT one out.

Actually, Romney told a half lie on that. you have to have continuous coverage for i think its 180 days on your own, and after that, no insurance company can deny you. But he also didnt say that they will be free to charge you ANY ammount they wish, wich effectivley will still deny coverage. "oh. you want coverage? You have cancer? SURE! We can cover you! No sweat! Your premium will be 10,000 a month! pay up!"

Its eaven worse they now have a good chance of gaining the Senate Seat in Indiana when "a poregnacy due to rape is god's will" boy shoved that foot in his mouth Romney looks less likely to have the Senate than before and without that the chance of a repeal dies.

So according to the article, the Democrats would rather have no tax deal at all than repeal Obamacare? Well, Alfred did say that some men just want to see the world burn.

I'm not sure that's true anyway. If there is a Romney win, I think more than a few Dems, who've regretted their vote, might be open to repeal if the deal was sweet enough for them.

Their is big debate on the topic of Obama Care but the people who had taken part in this debate don't even know what they are willing to conclude from this debate.Therefor don't waste time in worthless debates and try to understand importance of topic.
