    So the commission has no leg to stand on


    Well they can go to the supreme court and overturn a pervious similar case, making Trump and his family spill the beans on the documents they refused to handover.

    Can you point me to the part that states the buyers are bound by it? That is what would have to be shown. Where are the agreements THEY signed.
