I've got one like this that I got at either Wally World or Walgreens, I forget. I've had it for over 10 years and it still works fine. I check my BP every now and then, when I think about it. This thread reminded me so I just did and got a 124/75 reading. I think if I was so obsessed with my BP that I was wearing a wrist monitor and checking the damn thing 24/7, that I would probably stress myself out to the point where I would have high blood pressure.
