sounds like Trump supporters are still not happy, even though they won, so they still want to attack Hillary, lol, get over it, you won

republicans control all three branches of government, what are they waiting for, get to work

it's like republicans won, and now they don't know what to do...

I can tell you most of us that are not that unhappy with the President. The Senate most certainly. As far as Hildi goes, as long as she wants a part of the limelight she'll be treated accordingly. I seem to remember 8 years of Bush blame and bashing from the left, so fair game? Don't forget to buy her book.

I would like to see Democrats help advance legislative agendas. Very rare is it, that a split exists(particularly in the Senate, it's GOP by a hair) where one party can push everything through. Especially when you factor in defecting votes on certain legislation. A coalition government probably cannot exist under present circumstances, but the Left can at least try.

For a body that has wanted to proclaim it's a separate, equal branch(emphasis on separate for them), they've yet to take true governance by passing productive legislation. This isn't even the thread for such a pure political post, but just saying.

Democrats would love too, time for republicans to work with dems, dems are not gonna help them destroy Obamacare, but they will help them improve it... and no, tax cuts for the rich is not considered an improvement

if republicans stop trying to make everything they do a chance to give more tax cuts to the rich and actually start putting the working class first... we would love to work with republicans

republicans have controlled congress for 7 years now......

At this point, the ACA is a black hole taking everyone's money. Rich and poor alike. I did expect some of these factors because of the ACA's poor structure, but no one expected(but should have), that the youth would be like "Hell no, I'm not going to put down money on insurance when I've got my gf/bf, our first house and a car." Only those Washington Maniacs thought this would work.

I think it needs to be reformed into a Singapore-esque double-tier system. Let private/public insurers coexist. Get rid of the unamerican Mandate, simply on principle. If we resist the Trump, we should equally be resisting mandates. It's unAmerican, and it's not right. I've argued that we should break it up into core age groups(Youth, teens, Seniors, etc), and thereby dividing the cost. With the costs separated, the pools should be much easier/cheaper to manage, which will hopefully bring down premiums accordingly.

I argue for the creation of a "drug advisory board" to negotiate prices to their lowest common denominator.(Agreeing with Sanders on price negotiations), and from the right, we can finally take Across State Lines and really enable the kind of movement the market needs. We can add Tort Reform to the list, no more defensive medicine as a result of loose lawsuits.

It's going to have to be a major comprehensive reform package, that will replace the ACA. Repeal and Replace, literally means taking a sledgehammer on the failed system and coming up with a better one. Like some of my proposed ideas(and admittedly, merger of ideas from the two branches that could work together.)

Clearly, it is the camp who cannot get over it. Even here in Sweden, MSM are still pushing the "Trump is dangerous and mentally il,"-propaganda.

I find it hilarious and hope it never stops. :D

I agree, that is why I prefered Obama's public option to the conservative individual mandate, let people choose for themselves

I vote to allow people to buy prescriptions overseas, make all non-lethal medications OTC, if people want advice on a prescription, they can see a doctor, if they know what they need, stop forcing them to pay a doctor, that is wasted money and raises the cost of insurance

fix what is broke... simple, no need to repeal anything

republicans have failed to come up with anything better, show us a bill that is "better" and we can talk

when I was young I did not have to have car insurance and did not have it, so your right about that, I am against a mandate to buy insurance or wear seat-belts, motorcycle helmets, freedom means you choose for yourself, same with prescriptions... time to put a end to big government telling you what to do, government should be there if you ask for help, not force it on you cause they think they know better, and they definitely should not be forcing people to have or not have children or forced to get medical procedures they do not need or want

Republicans, and Trump, are doing things in Congress for once.

I also love how Trump pulled us out of the Paris accord money pit. If they want a fair accord, they better pull their damn weight.

Raised IO Nato dues to every other country, pulled out of the Paris Accord, isn't some PC balless loser like Obama that caters to certain races, he's exposed how biased the media is (to those of the liberals who denied it- now they can't). Can't believe it's only been 6 months

According to the OP, you "don't post here much anymore".

(I wanted to keep my post "on topic" to the OP).

I guessed you've changed your tune.

Oh well, I guess, that was then/this is now.:salute:

Well, Trump has succeeded in one way - he has succeeded in proving himself to be the Great Divider as well as golfer-in-chief and vacationer-in-chief.

Gee, where are all the right wing critics who used to say this about Obama who took off FAR less time and did not cause such division???

Such hypocrisy and double standards from the far right. No wonder why patriots have left this forum. I personally know of at least two who did so. I don't blame them in the least.

All we see on this forum is the endless hate and whining from the far right. They never offer any solutions to the mess they create. We patriots continually challenge them to offer solutions (a challenge I again make right here, right now). Let's see what they've got ...

Again, with all this endless hate and attacks from the far right, it is no small wonder why so many patriots have left this forum and gone onto others.

Sorry but you can't have the nuclear war with Russia that Hilary Clinton promised. Sure, many Democrats are upset the USA isn't bombing half a dozen countries this week as under Obama. Tough luck. Maybe you could find some relief if you watched old war movies.

Note again how he side tracks by mentioning Hillary but by not offering solutions to the mess created by his anti-American party.

Hmmm. How do you define "far-right?" Is the far-right really even relevant to ever create anything - positively or negatively - significant? Skin tone-nationalists (I assume you are refering to these) and whathaveyous are not even good for creating messes. They just sit on their forums, talking about "white genocide" while being single themselves.,

I do not like patriots because I am a secessionist who regards ascribing "the nation" divine powers as a step towards tyranny, big government and regulation.

It's a free country and you are free to subscribe to any political alliance. If secession is your deal, go with it.

Yup this kind of posting will kill a board.

Haven't really posted consistently here for years. I have to say it seems like an adolescent playground to me. Very little of interest except playing culture wars.
