Just as 'stereotyping' is unappreciated based on skin color or gender, so too might stereotyping be unappreciated based on Citizenship. UnLawful Immigration stereotyping arises when a person assumes that all International Law breakers are involved with or in International Crime. Just because a person is an 'International Law' unlawful immigrant does not mean that that person is involved with 'International Law' unlawful smuggling. And this may be a reason why Homeland Security is getting 'low marks' from the U.S. Citizens. Such thoughts and speech is prejudicial and stereotyping and racial discrimination based purely on a speculative, non truthful idea and/or notion. And just because a person appears to be in 'right' standing with U.S. Constitutional Laws of Immigration does not necessarily mean that they really are. Not all UnDocumented Residents live as if they are criminals.. Many may even have top Executive Job Positions needing the most Upright U.S. Moral and Ethics. Law is Law and without preferential treatment, The Land fares well. Of course, it may be impossible to check and balance all 11.3 million Unlawfully Residing Persons in The U.S. but at least some might be able to sleep better knowing that there might be at least 11.3 Million untruthful persons out there who have been somewhat exposed to The Light. Persons may know 'of' certain things on certain topics and persons may know things 'on' certain topics but I would rather go with those who know of certain things on certain topics than persons who know certain things 'on' certain topics. For an expert to only be acquainted with certain things 'on' certain topics rather than being acquainted with certain things of a certain thing is more round about than precision. And The Law books are filled with pages after pages... But for those who are REALLY Experts, their knowledge is based 'on' the topic rather than 'of' the topic. And so I said that the Law books are filled with volumes and volumes of pages and pages and pages and pages. And for me to have my 'thanks' to God dependent upon the Judge's Expertise Knowledge on the Law might have been a slow dying process. However, if it was dependent of the Judge's Expertise knowledge of the Law, then I guess we could all admit that we all make mistakes at times.
