Once again, you selectively quote my post out of context.

Nope. It’s a fact. If he had made such a claim you’d have been very quick to throw it in my face. But you can’t throw it in my face because he’s made no such claim.

How many died in hospitals from incompetent care during that same time period and was that considered very sad or extremely sad. The number will shock you after you do your own legwork to find it. Hopefully, you will become a proponent of Banning Poorly Managed Hospitals and getting ride of incompetent hospital staff, after you've completed your homework assignment on the number of deaths they have produced as an industry.

Massive death is all around you. Yet, for some reason you want to target just the "gun." That's an irrational response to an otherwise serious epidemic of untimely death in the United States.

Here a mind bender for you to research. How many people die from Sugar intake each year in the United States? I will admit up front that this is a trick question and that you will have to understand what "Sugar" is to your body before you will ever see the connection to death. Again, once you have opened your eyes from having the done the homework on this, you will no doubt come to realize that we have much bigger fish to fry than the "gun."

    Death by:

    - Tobacco?
    - Vehicles?
    - Toys?
    - Household Cleaning Products?
    - Pesticides?
    - Lead Poisoning? (Yes, it still happens)
    - Asbestos? (Indeed, it still takes place)
    - Depression?
    - Preventable Diseases?
    - Falling off a ladder?
    - Riding a bike?
    - Riding a motorcycle?
    - Skateboarding?
    - Skiing?
    - Horseback riding?
    - Canine attacks?
    - Suffocation?
    - Infanticide?

And, the Evil Grand Witch of them all: Abortion.

Ah, yes. The pathology of "going after the gun" as the quintessential knee jerk response to why we no longer need the Second Amendment. You've got a lot of homework to do (above). I'll run along now and let you get your work done.

    It's a Springfield Armory Inc.

I've owned a WW ll Remington Rand M-1911 (collector item) a Colt M-1911 and now a Springfield and the Springfield is the best M-1911 I've ever owned.

Never had a stoppage and can use any kind of .45 ammunition even the cheap stuff with no problems.

When I was in the Marines (69-71) and became a NCO I rated a pistol but never checked it out of the armory when I was in Nam.
    Pistols were sniper bate.

But after my tour of duty in Nam I was assigned to the 5th Mar Amphib Berg at Camp Pendleton and was issued a WW ll Colt M-1911 A1 and it was only able to chamber FMJ .45 ACP ammunition.

The majority of Black women, Hispanic women, and young white women do NOT vote Republican. When I post the age and race breakdown of the Republican female voters, will you admit that you are totally wrong or will you take that out of context and lie about it too?

Well there you go! What it only took you ten+ post to finally come up with a logical and more accurate statement :) But I will say, this explain how the leftist have evolved to what we see today! One tosses out total inaccuracies and the rests take it as gospel and the whole group tumbles down the rabbit hole lolol

Something told me it might have been a Springfield. You go back before my time. However, I had two brothers in Vietnam (Corps). None of them were Expeditionary. ;) That Remington version of the 1911 is certainly a classic - especially if its in relative good condition today. I've never shot a smoother semi-auto than the 1911, despite the load of the 45ACP. I call it "Puff The Magic Dragon" given its smoothness relative to any polymer framed semi-auto I've had. It was and still is an amazing design. However, for SD I trust the H&K USP 9mm and the Underwood +P 90gr XD. And, for CCW its the H&K Compact 9mm with Underwood +P 65gr XD.

Ok. Cite all the sources so I can compare them to the population of Ameriacns so we can see if you're being overdramatic or not.

I asked a simple question for sources and so far you have not done so.

    ''ignorance''

Laughable. My knowledge of the Bible is vastly superior to yours, kiddo. You're a Christian? Ha. Turn the other cheek and turn your sword into plowshares just like your book says to do.

I’ve always preferred Odinism myself. I’ll keep my swords (guns).

You must have poor reading comprehension skills.

The 2nd Amendment defines the right of the people to "keep and bear arms".

    Not bear. Keep and bear.

I generally find that non-Christians are more open minded and more intelligent than Christian professing right wingers.

From where I sit I'm sure your knowledge is vastly superior in every leftist way. The problem I see is your warped leftist interpretation you have of all that knowledge ;)

Just a small example of your tolerance..

Did the bible teach you that or is this the leftist version of loving thy neighbor ;)

If a shtf situation, you'd primarily be killing yourselves in the cities, just like now.
