So what do you think? Much of human history shows a double-standard where men are allowed, even encouraged to be sexually active and promiscuous while women are closely controlled. The advent of contraception and abortion have largely liberated women in a way that traditionally only men enjoyed. How much more popular would contraception and abortion be among men if they could get pregnant?

 

Contraception and abortion is very popular with men who want to have sex without consequences. Abortion allows them pay $500 to fix a problem, and get away without 18 years of responsibility.

 

When you put it that way, it sounds like a pretty good trade-off.

Welp, if by "get away with it" you mean rot in the ground like every other human being ever (except those whose remains were burned), then yea, I guess they get away with it. Oh, and so do actual murderers by that definition, but who cares about them amiright?
