If the White House was not a dump, then why?

Why will it take crews working 24/7 over two weeks to fix the place up?

Trump declared he never called it a dump, but look at the work in progress to fix it up!!!

Even the oval office was emptied. So where Trump sat, is that the area of the dump?

When you move into a rental house or house that comes with the job are you satisfied to live with other people's tastes? Michelle Obama wasn't. She spent money to the tune of 590K for one room. Some people can't afford that for a whole house and she spent it on one room. Imagine that.. To be fair the house is old and old houses need a lot of up keep.
Michelle Obama reveals her 'modest' $590k changes to White House State Dining Room - months after her florist quit amid reports of 'infighting' between designers
    • Michelle Obama unveiled her 'modest' remodel of the White House State Dining Room on Tuesday
    • The remodel cost $590,000 and is the first time the room has been changed since Hillary Clinton did so in 1998
    • There are new chairs, a new rug, new draperies and a new color scheme
    • The unveiling comes just months after White House head florist Laura Dowling quit her post
    • She was escorted from the building right after this with some claiming she and Obama fell out over the first lady's family dining room remodel

I was not sure that is factual, but there is a lot said on this by a lot of sources.

It's safe to say it was about time the space was given a 21st-century refresh. Blue and ecru striped window treatments replaced floral-printed drapes (shown above), and understated, custom-made mahogany side and arm chairs took the place of ones upholstered in golden-hued fabric. The carpeting was updated in 2012, with the newest additions coordinated to its delicate color scheme.

So what does it cost to make over a space that plays host to some of the most influential and important political figures from around the world? The final total was $590,000, with the expense being paid for by the White House Endowment Trust.

With Hillary Clinton running for president, it will be interesting to see what she thinks of the new State Dining Room should she find herself living in the White House once more.

Take a look at the new design below.

Michelle blew almost $600,000 on just one of the rooms. Drapes and rugs?

My guess is to clear out all the bugs so Trump can have a conversation that will stay private. Can you blame him?

The building is 55,000 sq ft. I suppose it is large enough for him and his family. Naturally there can be thousands of bugs.
