Not really. The facts are public domain. The question is whether the Soros funded DA will act or not. There was no cover up as far as it being reported to the police. That is a fact.

However, the school district did indeed try and cover it up to the public at large. That was proven when the school board did not fess up to it at the meeting. Claiming that you didn't hear the question correctly is nothing more than standard BS drivel to try and explain away not telling the truth the first time around. Its common among politicians. And they did it because they were trying to assure people that allowing transgenders into the bathroom of their choice was perfectly safe. Finding out that a rape happened by a student claiming to be trans (whether he actually is trans or not is irrelevant) would put a serious crimp in that plan.

And frankly even IF the person did not hear the question correctly the answer that was given was that "to his knowledge" (leaving an escape route) there was no record of assaults in the bathrooms. There was indeed a record and to think that such would not be reported to the school board immediately (since they are generally the ones that have to deal with any backlash related to such) is simply not believable. By any stretch of the imagination. They were trying to cover it up. Pure and simple.

Ziegler's office did not contact the state regarding this assault. It is the law. There was a duty to report.

Also, The DA was one of the Soros funded DAs. The DA pushed for the father to be sent to jail, but gave the rapist no jail time and said nothing about him being placed in another environment where he could rape again.... and did.
