    These two rapes were likely the only rapes reported last year and this year in the school district, on school grounds.

    Indeed, if in fact it was rape and not someone who's feelings were hurt in a relationship that might not have happened.

    But police should be the 1st called if it's thought to be factual.

    Ah so you're only worried about the rapes in that school district. No worries about the other rapes in other school districts where these policies are not in place. I understand. You're only concerned when you can use the rape to further your agenda. And you worry about others being calloused.

    What allegation would that be? These allegations are a fact

    "The School board said no assaults in bathrooms had been reported in June when in fact a few weeks earlier the student had been sodomized and forced to perform oral sex in the school bathroom."

    I don't actually. And have never said that. There are, (the principal, the administrative staff, and now the school board) lots of folks who are complicit in the coverup. And that's what we're discussing.

    Why equivocate here? You know the first rape was facilitated by the access to the "safe" space of the restroom. You also know the first caused the second because the school did virtually nothing to stop or try to punish the perp.

    First off, why the assumption that a public restroom is a "safe space"? Both boys and girls, especially in school, have been assaulted, sexually assaulted, and raped in restrooms across the country long before this policy was put into place. In the cases of opposite sex assault (setting the gender issue aside FTM), the lack of legal permission never stopped the perp before, so how is it a factor now? You are still caught in the correlation/causation fallacy, and have done nothing to dismiss it.

    As PROVEN by the MSM article the School Board was NOT PROVIDED with that INFORMATION.

    So the SB was CORRECT regarding what was REPORTED to THEM.

    Alleging that the SB was LYING is a FALSEHOOD.

    There has been NO "coverup".

    The School principles reported the crimes to the police and the School Board is NOT informed regarding disciplinary matters of this nature.
