It looks like Illinois is the latest state to pass legislation effectively legalizing elective late-term abortion. It joins New York and Massachusetts. https://angelusnews.com/news/life-f...ernor-signing-into-law-extreme-abortion-bill/ https://www1.cbn.com/cbnnews/us/201...on-law-called-death-penalty-for-viable-babies (These laws don't explicitly legalize it in plain language, but they are clearly designed to make it legal, by allowing it for loose vague reasons which would be difficult to actually enforce under the new law, and seem to be worded to have that intent) side commentary: Seems like Democrats don't have much to offer the voters these says, so all they have to offer is more abortion. Various women's choice groups are thrilled. After all, abortion is a good thing and more of it must be a good thing. Get rid of those pesky restrictions in the Third Trimester! Women's choice! Abortion before 24 weeks was 100% legal in these states before the new laws, and abortion even after that was legal for almost any half valid excuse you can think of, so this is all a giant political public relations stunt. What are they really giving to women with these latest rounds of new pro-abortion laws?
