Instacart is firing every employee who voted to unionize

    Not hard to understand at all. The king Democrat himself can’t understand how black people wouldn’t vote for him. They can’t be black unless they vote a certain way. His words not mine. :) Democrats do have a bit of a disconnect with people not doing or acting how they think they should.

    talking about your googles, your telco's, ect.... they print shares which is almost the same as printing money

    Not even close, they sell part of the company and printing shares can reduce the value of the other shares and in fact is done so because the company has increased in value so much that the price of the individual shares is higher than they would like.

    In right to work states it's illegal to require someone to join a union in order to be employed, but.......

    Got it. So, employees should have the right to quit at any time for any reason, but employers should have the right to end the employment as well?

    Disagree.

    An employer should be free to engage in a mutually beneficial employment arrangement. If the employees established at the onset of the agreement that they had elected to unionize before being hired, that may change the employers perception of the benefit. Essentially, the terms of the agreement changed by establishing a collective arrangement that puts the employer at a disadvantage.

    What would you think about an employer union where a database is kept of problematic employees and the unionized employers could elect not to hire people on that list?
