LOL.. There we are. The limit is found. Nothing. You wouldn't do a thing would you? you just want to role around lazily in the slop cause it what? moisturizes your leathery skin? You don't disappoint. That's for sure. Now explain given that you don't really want to do anything about it why you are chicken little today?

I never said that I didn't want to do anything. I merely refused to answer that portion of your post after you decided that your best tactic was to make a **** translation of my post.

LOL.. More obfuscation. In 15 or so posts, other than wallow around in the slop what have you advocated here? When does your glorious war start with Russia? When will you be suiting up to rush to the frontier so you can battle your enemy? Let's get some specifics here.

Let's start with increased sanctions and designated Russia a State Sponsor of Terrorism.

Sanctions... good one. So your response to it is nothing? Do nothing but maybe cost them some money? Nothing about retribution for the lives Russia stole from us? All that BS rhetoric drying on your pen now? What crap. All that vitriol, all that hate translated into sanctions. Why? Just not ready to put your own ass on the line for your beliefs? That seems entirely predictable.

You do not need me to explain that my refusal to take up a gun and shoot Russians is by no means hypocritical or even mutually exclusive from condemning trump for rewarding, let alone for refusing to punish, Russia because they offered bounties to Taliban insurgents when they killed American soldiers.

Real American soldiers and operatives and an ambassador died at the hand of a terrorist military assault against sovereign American soil while the Obama administration ordered military assistance to stand down, and then went on national television and lied through their teeth about it. To what extent Obama himself was involved is unknown. All we know is that he gave it a big ho-hum the following morning before flying off to a fund raiser. This is why the equivalency is the height of absurdity.

Don't reply with demands for proof or links.

That sounds like it actually hurt. Good to know. LOL And your fake distress here is both obvious, and apparent. So when you roil around in the slop flinging arrows at others to in the hope that you can wound or damage a president that frankly you have zero knowledge of either what or when a response was created. And in the absence of that knowledge, you'd sling arrows anyway. You seem to believe that you are authoritative here and frankly you both cannot be, and are not. So why take your distress for anything more than the TDS that you already exhibit here? You have no idea if Trump either did, or did not "punish" Russia. You cannot and will not take up arms yourself, so your emotional response here is both feckless and amusing. Simple thing here. You put full faith in a story that likely cannot ever be verified. Doesn't that seem to be a huge waste of both your energy and time? If it turns out that Russia did do this, I'm all for a limited military response. I don't doubt that the president wouldn't also given his historic responses. So other than you flailing about here, what again do you really want? What are you willing to do about it? Oh, yeah... nothing.

No, I won't demand proof or links.

I will; however, demand multiple congressional hearings and independent reports on the current reporting.

I still believe the letter of that law to be unconstitutional(Congress literally took an executive function, in legislative action. If unperturbed, it means that Congress can effectively be more powerful than the Presidency.) The issue with that, is actually very akin to this situation. Congress doesn't get all of the classified reports, or intel. Congress cannot act on a broader sense of a range of issues(like sanctioning a foreign country) that the person who holds the executive position can.

A lot of the times, this gets misconstrued so I wanna drive the point home: It's not being a Trump fan, I openly declared my authoritarianism(whether it's the right thing to believe or not, it's what I personally feel comfortable with). So to me in America, we need a strong and not a weak executive.

A strong executive isn't to flex one's muscles, but to be representative of the nation and to unite the nation. Trump has clearly failed this, but in my mind the "resistance" of him, aided in his failure. Personal opposition to him and the more volatile language description hid that their view was the same as McConnell's back in 2010: To make Trump a one-term President.

So in my mind, Democrats shouldn't act like Republicans were extremists during the Obama era, given the "resistance" to Trump. At least we're being consistent then. I hope Biden can succeed, I just have no faith whatsoever he can succeed. In fact, given that Biden will be the return of the "norm" and given how sick we were of the norm to elect Trump in the first place, in 2024 we will be reminded of just how much we hated the political class's mismanagement of American society.

Both the Russians and the Taliban deny this. Good luck trying to prove it was taking place.

Do you believe aliens from other parts of the galaxy are visiting Earth? Some would say that if you don't believe it, you are ignorant.

The details of this issue can go back and forth all day long. But the stunning fact - at least to me, and has been since the beginning of his reign - is the fact that Trump doesn't read his PDBs. I can't think of anything more important for a President to do at the start of each day. But he doesn't. Which supports my claim that he didn't want the job, he wanted the title.

Doesn't matter does it? The burden of proof lies with the IC. And do you really think the Taliban needed to be "bribed" with money to kill Americans? It's possible Russia was supporting the Talibans with money just like we were supporting Afghans to kill the Taliban. And exactly what was the US going to do to Russia if in fact the story is true which I doubt?

How about the Pentagon and strangely enough Bolton as now they are saying he is the one who briefed him...

Can you show anything claiming this report was credible?

Of course we care about the troops, we're just smart enough to not believe a word printed by the NY Times or the Washington Post.
