    Norway isn't a leader in admitting immigrants so your racist theory doesn't work. Canada is a leader in admitting immigrants and refugees and has the most educated population in the world. It's also 8th highest IQ in the world, ahead of the US. Norway is also ahead of the US.

    Its probably more of a reverse darwin effect. We coddle people so much that the stupid not only don't die off but breed at a greatly increased rate and their offspring are protected so they do the same etc.
    Meanwhile intelligent people look at the economic climate, etc and often think "its not responsible to have a kid yet. I need to do XYZ first so I can properly support a child before I have one", meaning some of them never end up breeding at all and the ones that do have few children because a brood is not responsible parenting generally.

    We are discussing ‘recent’ changes in IQ levels and whether ‘recent’ immigration trends and demographic changes are causing a downward trend in those IQ levels. Stating that, historically, the majority of immigrants to Canada came from the UK is obvious to anyone with an IQ above room temperature, and adds absolutely nothing to the discussion. Geez.......why are liberal leftists such morons???

    Europeans were once the largest immigrants to Canada....back in 1970. Since then, the number of immigrants from Europe to Canada have been on a steady decline. Though you are correct that the largest ethnic group in Canada is European, since the article is discussing RECENT changes, I'm not sure you argument is really valid.

    Racist theory? Against which race? You should probably take a peek at IQ scores by country and then read a paper published by UCLA concluding that intelligence is inherited.

    Actually, do a search on IQ scores by county or race, it is not the 'racists' who are stupid, but talking to low IQ people about low IQ scores is now apparently racist.
