    Yes.... I do believe that politicalforum .com is making America better.......
    although yes..... I have to admit that our excessive sarcasm with each other
    is a sign of the fact that America is terribly divided.

    Something of the magnitude of a Civil War / Culture War is brewing in America and some possible solutions are being put forward here on this forum due to the high level of freedom of expression that is allowed here for people like myself who are hopeful that the death toll in America and around the world can be kept to a surprisingly low minimum???????

    Is this website supposed to make the US any better or is it just a place where we can share thoughts?

    I do believe we can learn, but I also see where some here do seem more like trolls and derail a lot of good discussion. What's good is that we disagree, and have the freedom to disagree. I hope we can continue to do so.

    As long as the Parties, Politicians and Press keep us divided and misinformed, there will be divisiveness. Divisiveness is good for Politicians, if they can drive a wedge between themselves and the "other" to get your vote thats what they do.

    Political forums have been the same since they started and as long as they remain in the realm of reasonable and somewhat civil, they thrive, people like to argue politics.
