Crap food is more expensive than carefully planned cooking. Any person can make a great vegetable soup, inexpensively, that will provide several healthy meals. Or cook certain types of meat that provide multiple meals. BUT...either people are lazy or make excuses for doing this. So when we no longer cook meals it's easy to opt for fast food, crap food, etc. I've said it before that eating properly is not rocket science. People make unhealthy choices and they and their kids pay the price...
