Beginning with the Roman Empire and countless other ancient empires through two world wars and ending with the Korean and Vietnam Wars, nationalism has been the cause of nearly every war in human history. "There is nothing wrong with a nation state putting the interests of it's citizens first." Yes, there is, when a nation puts it interests above all other interests and regards foreign lands as simply targets of acquisition.

In light of man's history on Earth, to say, "Last time I checked Nationalism, just by itself is not a bad thing" is extremely naive. Nationalism, which by definition excludes the interests of other nations on the planet, is bad because human history proves nationalism causes wars.

Trump's belief in nationalism is causing him to isolate America and is just another reason why Putin is laughing at our President. Putin wants America to become isolated. You agree with Trump's nationalism.

    Interesting.

Ok man, you can think whatever delusional ideas you want. But just so you know, the idea that every war in history has been caused by nationalism is another gross over simplification on your part. It's almost as ignorant as someone saying that every war and conflict in history is caused by religion. While it's partially true, it's not the whole truth. There are many different factors that go into what causes and doesn't cause a war or conflict to happen. To pin one out as the main reason for every conflict in human history is not only ignorant, ridiculous, and incredibly intellectually barren in terms of the level of brain you would have to use to come to such a conclusion, but it is also wrong. So I'm still wondering, who's the one who's really being naïve here.

Frist off, to answer your first point. I don't consider being related to trump an insult. However, you were clearly intending it to be one. So either you are being dishonest in your approach to this conversation, or you have a mind that is incapable of thinking logically or honestly. I really can't figure out which one it is.

Secondly, you are clearly implying that Trump conspired with Russia by simply saying that he is doing Putin's bidding. Also, I have questioned your "proof" multiple times in this thread. Yet, you have never answered my objections to your ridiculously delusional notions of conspiracy and deceit. So please do not act like I am not questioning your "proof". I have repeatedly said your "proof", if you can even call it that, is incredibly flawed.

thirdly, I noticed how you are taking my posts and rather than taking them on their own merit, you are taking little snippets that are inconsequential to the argument I am trying to make in an attempt to straw man me. That's two logical fallacies down. Way to go. :applause: :cheerleader::roflol:

Also, I find this whole delusional Putin fear that you, other leftists, and the mainstream media seem to have as overblown, incredibly dishonest, and an attempt to distract people from the real problems our country is facing currently. So please you don't know what your talking about.

Really. Have you not been paying attention to world history for the past one hundred years!!!! :wall: Trump did not create the problems in the middle and the Persian gulf. The past one hundred years of middle eastern and world history clearly show this!!!!:frustrated:

Putin has to be enormously pleased. As Trump is speaking before the leaders of the world at the U.N., Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi announced an impeachment inquiry based on Trump's admissions that he broke the law regarding the whistleblower complaint.

Laughing along with Putin is Iran's president, Rouhani. Trump backed Iran into a corner when he removed the U.S. from the Iranian nuclear agreement and imposed harsh sanctions on Iran's economy. Now Trump is facing an impeachment inquiry. More on that subject can be found here. http://politicalforum.com/index.php...n-cause-the-saudi-oil-refinery-attack.561607/

Maybe they are 'silent' because there are a billion other "Orange man bad" threads. As to your "he has accomplished little to nothing" you should really get out more, turn off CNN.

How do you know that "Putin is pleased", do you know him. Again, my problem with these statements and arguments that you are making is that you are making a lot of assumptions that have no basis in reality.

Trump has done nothing for the economy except threaten it with his harsh tariffs and a trade war with China. Your sources are the White House, a Trump soapbox, and an obscure website.

To illustrate what I am saying, Wall Street is treading water and is largely dependent upon what China does, thanks to Trump. On Jan. 29, 2018, the Dow stood at 26,439. At this moment the Dow is at 26,942. That is a gain of only 539 points in 20 months. The Dow was under the Jan. 29 figure for most of August. The Dow has gained some ground only because both sides are backing off and creating exceptions to their tariffs. That is the effect of Trump's harsh tariffs and trade war with China, and I certainly hope you are not an American farmer. If you are, you have been driven into welfare or bankruptcy by Trump's policies.

You need to re-think your priorities.

Nothing could divide the American people and the American government more than impeachment proceedings against the President. A Russian agent could not do any more than Trump has done for Putin and Russia.

Mitch and other leading Republicans have to be anguishing over what Trump has done and said. For one thing, Trump has virtually admitted to breaking the law. Asking a foreign government for assistance in his reelection campaign and ordering the DNI to withhold the whistleblower complaint from Congress is a clear violation of the law. So is withholding military aid approved by Congress to compel the foreign president to comply.

Mitch and his gang have to be asking themselves, "How the hell do we protect him this time." Some are making statements in support of Trump, but, in doing so, they completely avoid the issues and speak only in general partisan terms.

Americans knew what Trump was like before the election. He made no secret about it. He was a sexual predator. He was a liar, offering bogus campaign promises no one could believe, but his base believed them. He was a bigot, calling Mexicans rapists and murderers. He knew nothing about foreign policy and military matters, once even insulting a Gold Star mother and father of a dead soldier.

Trump did all this before the election, causing one to wonder how anyone could vote for him. Unless, they were getting back at America for all the bad things that happened to them in their lives.

However, even his base has to be asking themselves today, "What did I do? Did I really want to harm America and play into Putin's hands?"

Give it up Sandy. The Russia collusion thing is over and we have moved on past that BS to at least five other manufactured crisis. The Ukraine thing is almost over but I hear Barron Trump wore a red tie to school this week.

Just stay in denial, attack the source, to hell with proving any of it wrong. Very lazy, but expected.

Neither one of you dealt with what I said. Perhaps it is time to examine what Trump is doing and saying rather than mocking those who are merely reporting what Trump is doing and saying. Your current approach doesn't make much sense.

When will Trump learn to keep his mouth shut? When will he learn to stay off daytime television when the cards are stacked against him? It is getting downright embarrassing the way Trump incriminates himself.

After all, the idiot is our President. Geez, he is stupid.

Putin knew what he was doing when he sponsored Trump.

Perhaps Sandy, that is because I really don't care what you say. I may change my opinion when and if I am ever convinced you are a real person.
Your personna hates Trump and Putin. I really don't care about either of them. Life is short, I think I'd gonna get me a beer.

Trump is not only trying to get Ukraine to manufacture dirt on his main political opponent (a blatant abuse of power in itself) but he is also trying to use this Crowdstrike nonsense to exonerate Russia in the 2016 e-mail hacking (remember that Mueller has indicted 12 Russian GRU agents in that crime).

    Putin smiles

This is truly unbelievable. Now Trump threatens those working in the White House with death.

Trump told members of his staff from the United States Mission to the United Nations that he wants to know who provided information to a whistle-blower about his phone call with the president of Ukraine, saying that whoever did so was “close to a spy” and that “in the old days,” spies were dealt with differently.

“I want to know who’s the person who gave the whistle-blower the information because that’s close to a spy,” Trump said. “You know what we used to do in the old days when we were smart with spies and treason, right? We used to handle it a little differently than we do now.”

In the "old days" spies were shot.

Incredible. This guy really is quite stupid. Is Trump losing it?

Classic case of projection, you said "Trump has done little or nothing" I provide several list of his many acheivements, you poo poo the sources, making ZERO attempt to 'prove' a SINGLE example wrong, then post the above garbage.
