Is Trump guilty of suborning perjury?

I do think holding hearings at this time has merit. It's important for the public to come to an understanding of what is known and what is not. I can appreciate why Mueller has been so secretive but a public airing of the evidence able to be obtained absent his report, I believe, benefits everyone. If Don is innocent he should welcome it.

Holding hearings, if Mueller comes up with something worth holding a hearing about. Piling more hearings on top of a two year plus investigation by Mueller is just plain stupid.

 

You do realize Mueller's report will not be a public report. It will not be sent to Congress. If there are no criminal charges coming out it we will know very little as private citizens have rights.

We're past that. Clearly hearings are merited. Especially since the House investigation under Repub control was a joke and even the Senate investigation was not as aggressive as it should have been. The people should be informed about the evidence that is available that is not currently in the public sphere.

What are those investigations supposed to reveal beyond what Mueller finds out? He has been digging for two plus years.

No I think we need to wait for Mueller. An attempt at removing a President without evidence of high crimes amd misdemeanors will only weaken our Democracy even further than Trump already has weakened it.

Agree....but I’m going on the assumption that Mueller will wrap up this winter. Once that happens, the house can subpoena anyone they want whose relative. They can develope enough evidence on their own. Besides 17 investigations are going on, many at the state level. An ultimate trial could drag on through Trumps term if the house doesn’t act quickly. We want Trumps little mind occupied through the rest of his term.

 

But Mueller isn't finished. And the number of Trumpers convicted doesn't include those who have left office in disgrace.

For sure....There were 12 Russians listed on one indictment because the charges were the same. If the remaining people in Trump’s family are all listed participating in the same illegal activities, that can happen fast.

The Congress has already started pulling documents and compelling witnesses. They're just going to ramp it up. Mueller's investigation has had enough time to reach a critical mass...its high time for the Congress to hold open, public hearings about alllll the other stuff they need to hear about. And those investigations will cover everything...state charges, federal charges. Congress has the power to have years and years of hearings about everything and anything they want. Its won't be about just Russia...it will be about how trump and his disgusting family used their power to enrich themselves. How he used his power to leverage deals and money from dicators and enemies of America. His lying to the American public...witness tampering...etc, etc, etc. It will go on and on and on and stink to high heaven...it already does.
