The Judge thing seems to have been Trump's Willie Horton moment. He has won. He needs to shut up and stop campaigning until after the convention to focus instead on his VP and organizing his general election campaign. Right now it looks increasingly like Trump is going to be blown out like Dukakis.

    Agree/disagree?

What could Trump do to turn things around?

Trump, is a whining, attention-whoring, complaining little (*)(*)(*)(*)(*).

the business world laughs at him daily.

the only way such a man gets wealthy, is by inheriting money

Trump to me, is like an unrepentant Archie Bunker, that isn't even half as funny or lovable. :(

Donald is a great, maybe THE greatest, grifter alive today. Although many have known for a long time that the perpetually enraged and bitter right wing were easy pickin's for "fund raisers" for various stop-the-end-of-the-world "causes", Donald has taken it to its logical extension. Whereas the GOP was content to continually rob the GOP base village every election cycle (like the bandits in The Magnificent Seven) but always leaving them enough so they could return and get more next time, Donald has decided to take the whole friggin' village in one fell swoop and leave nothing. Only the Mexican villagers of this GOP base actually enjoy getting grifted, for some unfathomable reason. Rage? Racism? Social anxiety? Hatred? Who really cares? I suspect they know, deep down, that they are getting conned but don't care as long as it is perceived that The Other is getting hurt also.

to the left and those paid to shovel BS the contender is always...

    crazy

    a con artist

    hitler

    dumb

    racist

    sexist

    loser

    cant win

    unlikeable

    homophobe

    bigot

etc. etc. etc. Its always the same every election at ever level. anytime there is an opposing candidate just start going down the list and throw anything whether it sticks or not. the more noise the more it distracts from their own candidate. Its the same thing every year.

Romney is the most ironic given he was called all the things he now calls Trump. Romney is the real clown of this all.

Conned is an apt description. A confidence man does just that - instills confidence in unwary people. A con man plays on people's vulnerabilities by convincing them that they too can grab a fist full of dollars. (Trump U exemplifies this.) Poor suckers. I have no sympathy.

yeah anyone who inspires is a con artist. personal trainers, religious leaders, teachers, parents etc. etc. they all instill confidence to succeed. Everyone is a con artist except you. You the one honest person in the world who guarantee will find the negative side of any situation. I hope you dont work at a suicide hotline call center.

I haven't been sued 3500 times over the last 30 years. Neither has anyone else you listed. I didn't pretend to be a liberal Democrat one day, and a conservative Republican the next. My views on abortion are real, that is, they haven't changed. My views on gun control are real. I don't talk out of both sides of my mouth. I have colleagues - people I respect as equals. I don't make ridiculous promises that I know I can't keep (because it's a con job) in exchange for votes. And I don't eat pizza with a fork.

"Look at these shiny diamonds! They're real. I'll sell them to you at 50 cents on the dollar. Here, let's go have them appraised. You pick the jeweler."

"I'm gonna build this wall. It'll be huge, and Mexico's gonna pay for it. I'm gonna round up 11 million people, ship them off to detention camps, and then send them packing. 1st Amendment be damned. No Muslims! Etc., etc."

Again, I have no sympathy for the gullible. (Fools and their money always feel inspired. That's part of the game. Fools and their votes are no different.)

I disagree. People can find positives in any situation and thus inspire them. It doesn't necessarily have to be a false tale to give people encouragement. At the same time, just because one recognizes the negatives, doesn't necessarily make them a debbie-downer.

I don't consider myself a debbie-downer just because I'm very realistic about the warts, and MANY warts of the country. I believe they can be fixed.

sheesh... so much anger. I hope your not married with kids. if you followed the garbage politicians do your head would explode. Trump is fricken angel compared to those in our government.

here is you problem with all this effort to dissuade voters away from trump. The alternative is Hillary Clinton! Its just not going to work. People may get turned off from Trump sometimes but in the end will still vote for him over hillary. They hate hillary. Its a very strange brand of individual who supports hillary clinton and usually it revolves around negativity. That is not what inspires people to vote.

Funny (*)(*)(*)(*). I have no anger. Anyone familiar with my posts knows this. What I express is rational observation, not anger. Lol.

You seem confused. I'm not trying to dissuade anyone from anything. I couldn't care less who you vote for. That's your decision and right. That doesn't mean I'm not going to give my opinion on the con man Trump. I don't care whether he inspires you or not. Like I said, that's typical of a mark. Desperate people are easy to inspire. They're easily targeted. One sign is...wait for it...anger. Lmao. I hope you don't have a wife and kids.

He's doing it. He's the only Candidate that wants immigrants from terror countries halted until a proper vetting procedure can be put into place. After this last weekend, that will resonate with the public. Two terrorist mass murders in the last 7 months on Obama's watch isn't going to do Hillary much good in November.

I guess we can add denial and dishonesty to the list for you. if your going to try and play head games to get people not to vote you could at least own it. Glad your not angry or negative though LOL. Dont hate me i am just having some fun with you. Life is hard for sure but its not all bad .....all the time. I suggest diet and exercise as a cure for internal demons which usually are a result of low self esteem or disappointment in ones self. if that does not work try philosophy. Maybe watch a few episodes of Highway to Heaven (which is not really religous).

I am married with kids actually. 3 and 7 year old boys. I live for my family. Especially my kids. Wives can be tough. are you a woman?

Lol. I'll stick to my Harley, riding buddies, local watering hole and ol' lady. I like my internal demons. No cure necessary.

What does the proper vetting procedure involve?

Ever since around the age of 8, I was on my school's student council, a few years later I won the student council presidency. Regrettably(or perhaps fortunately, who knows?) adult politics is far harder to get into. I find myself cursed with my interest in politics. I wish my grandmother had never uttered the name "Bill Clinton", thus getting me started.

Politics is where a man becomes jaded in life, loses all optimism and is left with a realistic pessimism.

LOL. I can say the same for a lot of things. Getting married....becoming a father etc. etc. I will tell you a secret to make it easier. You dont choose anything....it (whatever it is) chooses you. If it wasnt your grandmother it would have been something else. You happiness is a result of how you handle these interests. The first critical step is liking and respecting yourself. I am not talking religion or narcism... i am talking about truely liking yourself and what your about. Being honest with yourself when it comes to failures and shortcomings.

If you can get a handle on all that then you can have a fairly happy and content life no matter what happens. You will also be one of the few people on the planet to accomplish such a feat. You will be at peace with yourself and life in general.

End of July. Great ride out to the Utah border. Staying in Ely first night at the historic Hotel Nevada. Then on to the Border Inn and Great Basin National Park. "Sleep in Utah, party in Nevada" is the Border Inn's slogan. Lol.

Tiny town of Baker. Great people. Nutjobs in the best of ways. Two bars. One in Baker, the other at the Border Inn. Both are traditions, for visitors and locals alike. Just depends where you end up sleeping - in town or at the Inn. We'll be drinking first in Baker. Lol (all night long).

And the park is a natural wonder bigger than us all. Wheeler Peak at 13,000 something feet. 4,000 year old bristlecone pines - and Jesus promised us immortality? (So did Osiris. At least they had the sense to mummify the bodies, Lol. These trees are almost as old as the pyramids. Top that puny human!). And the ol' lady has her own Road King. Cool (*)(*)(*)(*). Unbelievably cool (*)(*)(*)(*). No, really. Lmao.

Sand Mountain, Middlegate, Austin, Eureka, Ely. And nothing but mountains and desert in between. Lots of desert. Can't wait. You should try it sometime. Looks like you need to be among the living.
