Nope.. The West Bank is not a part of Israel. Its occupied land and its against the law to colonize it.

It -was- occupied land, until Jordan gave up its claim and ceded the land to Israel.
As it belongs to Israel, Israel has every right to settle it.

They're building houses for their families like normal people do. If they weren't Jewish nobody would be paying any attention.

Building houses by kicking people out of theirs. How uniquely American. ;)

I don't think they're kicking people out of their homes. Are you a Jew hater?

Except that the thread title is a lie and Israel is planning to build 2500 units in existing settlements, no new settlements and no settlement expansion is planned and no one is getting kicked out.

No, I hate religious lunatics no matter their religion. If they are EXPANDING settlements, then yes, people will be kicked out of their homes and farmland.

    - - - Updated - - -

Illegal existing settlements. The rat bag zionist government plans on expanding settlements. It's like they want a huge war because they know their lunatic fringe has our government by the balls. NOT good for America.

This presumes the new units in the existing settlement are to be built in the place of existing occupied homes and/or on in-use farmland.
Can you show this to be true?

    - - - Updated - - -

Israel building settlements in the WB is no more illegal the US building settlements in Puerto Rico.

Read what the rat bag Netenyahu government says their goal is. They follow an extreme form of religious dogma, as do Hamas. This will be a war we are dragged into, yet again, after the public said NO more wars.

I read the story in the OP.
You claim the Israelis are "building houses by kicking people out of theirs."
Nothing in the OP supports this - can you show it to be true?

If Jews are really kicking poor people off their lands that would be unacceptable for me. Unfortunately I can't take any media reports seriously since it seems like the whole rest of the world is against the Jews. It's my belief the the most fortunate Arab/Muslim people in the middle east are the ones who are citizens of Israel.

    What a country!

Nobody but Islamic fascists and white supremacists hate Jews. The more religious one is, the more insane their positions become out of the innate irrationality of fundamentalist religion. If Israel was really interested in absorbing the population, they would absorb them, naturalize them, and STOP occupying them.

    its not part of Israel.

Its part of the West Bank.

and if they annex Maale Adumim, they will hopefully face international sanctions.

Don't be stupid. If anyone was anywhere colonising the land intent on replacing the indigenous population, that people would be doing everything they could to stop it. Always have. You are an American. Appears Americans have short memories. However you got lucky. When you did it there were no laws against this being done. Not so with the neo Zionists. What they are doing is against International Law and agreed as so by the US.

it is a fact that Israel routinely kicked Palestinians off their land for not having proper permits.

meanwhile Israel delays demolition of illegally built Jewish homes for years, and now gives them retro-active permits.

Arabs NEVER get retro-active permits for their buildings.

Under the Treaty of Paris, signed by the USA and Spain after the Spanish-American War, Puerto Rico became a legal territory of the United States.

when did Jordan officially sign over control of the West Bank, to Israel?

    never happened.

    100% false. Fake News.

Jordan never, ever, gave ownership of the West Bank to Israel.

International law is a medium through which disputes between states can be resolved.
With regard to the West Bank, there is no dispute between states - thus, international law does not and can not apply.

Israel is very clever, they create municipal boundaries for settlements that are 10x larger than the existing footprint, often times thousands of feet away from the existing buildings, so as to build all over the place and yet claim to not be building new settlements.

clever, but bull(*)(*)(*)(*). we see through their lies.

    - - - Updated - - -

international law applies to the West Bank, so says the UNSC, the UNGA, the ICJ, and the Israeli Supreme Court.
