Before the circle jerk begins, the SC declared Texas had no standing in this suit that they had no proof that they were directly effected by the outcome of the election. It appears there was no incidence of fraud in Texas therefore there was no injury, there is however a mountain of evidence in other states that certain other parties were adversely effected. The SC has not commented on any of that.

Technically true, but it's been obvious from the get-go -- with Republican judges giving a wink and a nod to the DNC all along the way -- that the 'fix' was in, and that no matter what, Biden IS going to be MADE president.

I'm not saying to cease fighting -- or even cease beliving in the validity of an obviously politically corrupt justice system -- but I do recommend that conservatives grow accustomed to thinking of Biden as president; even if the utterly corrupt running dog of Communist China will never be THEIR president. Any state able to make the claim that it was adversely affected by crooked vote counting shennanigans WILL have their lawsuit also tossed for technical reasons by the Supreme Court . . . different ones, but it WILL still be tossed.

The Supreme Court is not going to risk causing many months of national paralysis and chaos to occur by admitting that 'Yes' the DNC did collude with election officials in critical states to steal the election . . . even though it obviously did happen. These 'conservative' judges are not the same sort of conservative judges of our grandpappy's era. They are conservative only as long as nothing vitally important is at stake. As for Chief Justice Roberts, he now routinely generates rulings consistant with that of a Constitution despising radical leftist. That's not going to change.

Its time to go into two America’s mode. We go into a cocoon in our states and our minority regions or counties in theirs and live our lives day to day as if they don’t exist to us as much as possible. Roberts sided with conservatives on Citizens United v FEC. No liberal would have ever sided with that decision. That ruling was of vital importance, and the ruling was just wrong, it has corrupted politics more than any ruling in the court's history.

The SC has shown twice now that they won't get involved. The EC vote is this Monday. The Safe Harbor date has already passed. Remember, when the SC did intervene in 2000, they made sure they did it by Safe Harbor, which in 2000 was December 12th. This year, it was December 8th. The SC has said "all related motions are moot." It's completely, 100% over. Now the only step left to the Trump side is a symbolic one that has 0% chance of succeeding, that of contesting the EC votes on January 6th in the joint section of Congress that counts the votes. That isn't going anywhere because to accept the objections BOTH the Senate's AND the House's endorsements are needed, and of course there is no way in hell that the Democrat-controlled House will endorse it (and as a matter of fact I think the Senate won't either, but even in the unlikely possibility that they do, it won't matter because the House won't).

Sorry that you don't like it, but Biden will be inaugurated on 1/20/2021 as the 46th POTUS. It is over, and if you don't see it, I can only pity you because your denial is in for a rude awakening.

 

Democrats have set the stage for how voting and elections will go in the future. Next election may be even more interesting than this one.
