What I'm saying is that you're tired of it. And that it shows. Five to a fifth year? Odd numbers. But a fifth year is about 2 and a half months. It is pretty good. A bit optimistic though.

(D)'s want to try and fast-track their bogus subpoenas to get documents before Mueller knocks down their house of cards. Once Mueller admits there isn't sufficient reason to interpret what Trump did or said as obstruction ... it's over. (D)'s subpoenas won't be worth the paper they're written on.

Permanent immunity? Who said permanent immunity? What I said is the DOJ cleared him of collusion and obstruction. They have that power. The power to decide if there is anything prosecutable.

But you're right. They can't grant immunity. Which means Crooked Hillary can and should be prosecuted for her crimes.

I can't think of anything further they would ask him. Maybe there is, but even without further investigation, just as they are in the Mueller report they would be good enough to put Trump away for up to 20 years (5 years each) They, of course, need to investigate the rest. But Mueller left everything neat and layed out for proceedings to start the second Trump leave the presidency.

    You!

The Mueller Report and the DOJ's OLC left it clear that Trump can be prosecuted the minute he leaves the Presidency.

    Absolutely! Why hasn't she?

    BTW, who's Hillary?

But for some reason Nancy Pelosi can't bring herself to impeach him. Trump just booted Nancy out of the oval office and told Pelosi to forget about passing any legislation until she drops the investigation(s). Your pipe dreams will never come true unless impeachment clears the House. Pelosi hates you.

Impeachment? I'm talking about jail. Never mind impeachment. The guy's going to prison!

:sleepy: "Prison!" ... not even in the realm of possibilities for years if Pelosi can't be bludgeoned into impeachment. Do you think we'll all hold our breaths with you until 2021 or 2025?

It will be interesting to see how many charges he faces from the federal prosecutor's offices who have picked up on Mueller's investigations. Of course we already know about obstruction and campaign finance law violations.

Sorry you haven't read the Mueller Report, dude. It's right there. Indictment as soon as he leaves the Presidency is right on the report. Don't worry. It's better if you're not looking. That way you won't know what hit ya!

And we're not even talking about legal problems in other instances

How many of these threads are you going to make?

It would be real cool if you just made one, didn't just repeat the same DailyKos talking points, and actually had a real discussion/debate.

Of course a president can be indicted when he is out of office: the problem the left is having is that mueller didn’t recommend a charge, therefore they haven’t moved to remove him

DON'T waste your time and energy on these people. Jesus could come down from heaven and declare TRUMP innocent and they would just accuse him of being a TRUMP crony

The Manhattan federal judge who immediately blocked an attempt from President Trump to halt a Congressional subpoena for his financial records told private attorneys hired by the President that their case was not “serious.”

It doesn't matter who you vote for. He's going to jail. He's in so much deep sh... problems at every level. I don't mind if justice takes time. So long as criminals pay the consequences. He's not getting out of it. Sorry dude.... enjoy your cult while you can...

"Recommend"? He doesn't have to "recommend" anything. All Mueller needed to do was lay out the facts. Any prosecutor can take it from there. Mueller already did the most difficult part. The rest is easy.

He was the prosecutor assigned the job. He couldn’t find anything to charge, hence why we made no recommendations to congress so they could impeach and then charged. That’s how rev process works and always has

What? Again? How many times do you guys need us to repeat that DOJ rules prohibit Mueller from charging, recommending or even stating that a sitting President may be guilty of any crime?

I understand that you haven't read the Mueller report, but why do you need to argue from ignorance as if you knew what you are talking about?

That’s not true. He could recommend as Starr did. I read it, he concluded there was no crime to recommend
