Every bit of Trump's bizarre behavior makes him look guilty. He behaves exactly as one would expect of a guilty man. Everyone knows this...even his cultists here twisting themselves into pasty white little pretzels to run cover for him.
Sessions states in his statement that he resigns, yet TDS lunatics argue that they know better. Too funny There is no such thing as "looking guilty" either. Lacking proof beyond a reasonable doubt the person is innocent. The liberal Kavanaugh debacle that cost them 5 senate seats has taught them absolutely nothing
He was, of course, forced to resign. He was effectively fired, and it is embarrassing to see grown men like to themselves out loud, even when they know everyone knows they are lying. THAT is how Trump broke America.
If someone held a gun to his head or he was under duress, he should immediately file a complaint with Labor department and apply for unemployment benefits. Until he does this, he is considered to have voluntarily resigned from his position and he is thus NOT eligible for unemployment.
The 'standard' is a conflict of interest. Which has never been proven, and we can say that there hasn't been a single charge of the AG. Why let him operate in every other facet of the job? Clearly he's a part of the criminal conspiracy, right!? Oh wait, that hasn't been found either. So no, he shouldn't have. Let's beat the bush: The Dems/Never Trumpers never accepted that Trump won the 2016 elections, and never will. So every possible means(legal or otherwise) to usurp his power. Such as preventing him from hiring or firing whom he chooses. Or believing they can dictate operations of the department of justice. F them and theirs. They can howl in the wind all they want, the POTUS as executive head should exercise his power without a thought given to them.
And the person who worked for Trump's campaign and who could become a material witnesses in the Mueller investigation could not possibly demonstrate more.conflict of interest. You can keep making my point all night, if you like. Sessions was effectively fired. His resignation was a little deal made with Trump to go him a rhetorical device and, more importantly, to give Trump more control over who replaces him and who can more influence the Mueller investigation. Again, trumpters: NONE of this is a secret. This has all been known amd predicted for more rhan a year, with the predictable move by Graham to leave the door open to it coming in August.
From whose perspective? Trump's? Anyone willing t9 cheat and lie for him. From the perspective of Americans? Anyone willing to show more loyalty to the code of law and the Constitution than to the totalitarian wannabe in the white house.
Yes please. I rather like it whem racists are honest and show everyone they are racists. Clarity is good.
Secession ****ed up and recused himself from the Russia Russia Russia witch hunt. Did Eric Holder or Loretta Lynch ever recused themselves when the DOJ had to be investigated ? No way Jose, they investigated themselves and found no wrong doing.
so you're suggesting that in the last 40+ years, that every official whom resigned was really fired? interesting concept...
Sessions has been a total failure. He certainly rose to his level of incompetence. He should have left a long time ago.
Are you well informed to know there was no such word as "racist" when the U.S. Constitution was written or even during the American Civil War. Who coined the word "racist" and what was its original definition ?
all we need now, is for ginsberg to stroke out, that'd really drive 'em bezerk! placing popcorn order...
Witness to WHAT? You have to actually witness something to be called that(I'm beginning to think our Liberal friends don't know the law.) If Sessions was a witness to any criminal activity, Mueller would make Sessions fully aware of that, and if it gets to a trial he'd be called as a witness. Hell, if Sessions was a witness to criminal activity, he'd be aiding and abetting it by not informing anyone in the DOJ of said activity, not just Mueller. So, let's recap: Sessions likely hasn't witnessed anything, therefore he obviously isn't a witness. If he did witness criminal activity and covered it up via silence, he aided and abetted the criminals, which in of itself is a crime. And this investigation without a crime has been a farce on these United States. Likely, when the report doesn't say what you want it to say it'll be a 9/11 truther-esque conspiracy.
No, i am just suggesting sessions was effectively fired. And, if it didn't , in your perception, contradict the Trump cult narrative, you would agree 100%. This much is obvious.
