    She's what 84? Breyer is 80.

And Sotomayor is actually the least healthy.

To Trump's words and behaviors, and to those of others in his campaign. You aren't doing your credibility an favors to play so dumb, dude.

    No he's not.

Sheriff Joe was held in contempt by a liberal activist judge for holding up the oath of office for Sheriff in the state of Arizona.

President Trump pardoned Sheriff Joe on the grounds that Sheriff Joe was just defending the Constitution and enforcing the laws that were on the books.

Sessions served at the Presidents pleasure.

Same for the rest of the executive.

Trump should purge lefties and weak kneed rino's now.

I'm not playing dumb. Being a witness to the president's "words and behaviors" is not something that would go over well in a jury. If I were Trump's defense attorney, I'd be the first to raise an objection that it's immaterial to the case.

It would be a shame if one of those three left. I'd betting on Thomas doing a voluntary retirement just because.

And if the POTUS wins re-election, he has a good chance at replacing at least one of them with a young, healthy justice. Gorsuch can have Ginsberg's seat(he'd be more than qualified to replace her and the dems can stop whining about it.) and Barrett can have Breyer's seat.

He was convicted, then Trump pardoned him. You think that it might be considered a conflict of interest to put a guy like that in charge of an investigation into your administration? Have you been out in the garage playing with your old chemistry set again?

True. I like Gowdy but he's gone wobbly - someone more independent and aggressive is definitely in order.

From what I've heard the acting AG hasn't been under Mueller, Rosenstein and Wray's thumb, which is a good thing...

if i may, here's a suggestion, march down to the doj's office and inform them you have key information regarding the russia investigation, and proclaim: "trump did it he's a criminal & he fired sessions because, & i know this, he is a witness to it all"... see where that gets ya ;)

Well, if that is what you're hoping for, I think you'll be disappointed...most I see, is continuation til Trump gives his written answers, then a report that now is up to Whitiker to release, or not.

Joe Arpaio has a long track history in upholding the oath of office and in law enforcement.

Joe was elected as Sheriff of Maricopa County six times by the American citizens of the county.

If Whitaker refuses to release or give the Congress access to Mueller’s report, I would hope that Mueller would send it directly to the US Congress like the Watergate prosecutor did.

I agree, and Trump should have been fired Sessions a long time ago. An AG who isn't exercising complete oversight and control over the DOJ is an AG in name only. It's about time that ridiculous situation was rectified - if Democrats don't like it, boo-f*cking-hoo...

He lost last time he ran for Sheriff and was humiliated in his run for the Senate. I don’t like the guy because he went out of his way to humiliate petty crooks and even people waiting for trial when he was Sherrif. He also cost the taxpayers a ton of money paying off lawsuits filed against his idiotic policies. He’s an old horses ass and a petty little camera seeking dickhead in my book. Definitely not the kind of guy to serve as AG of the US.

Like a wise man said, never appoint a senator as attorney general. Graham would be another disaster like Sessions, he is too much establishment. He should just keep Whitaker.

Whitaker has never been confirmed for anything. That will become a problem.

I don't know what universe in which you reside, but eyewitness testimony to people's speech and behavior is actually very powerful in the eyes of juries, in our universe. Welcome, traveler.
