Yes, we are for a size of Government just large enough to function at a high level, not so high it binds us to deals made in DC by mainly Democrats. Few recall the decades this country suffered with Democrats running the Government. I only consider the president as the CEO that carries out orders of the two houses of congress. Since 1932, for almost all of the time, it was Democrats making laws and programs. They are to blame for the mess we are now in.

They made a gross mistake thinking of the Soviets as backwards and easy to conquer. As to being brutal to the people, in general Hitler was brutal to the conquered where Stalin was brutal to his own citizens. Even his troops feared him and often got shot in the back for not moving forward. Hitlers troops had enormous pride and enormous presence as fighters. You seldom see where Hitler shot his own army over fighting. But what do I know since I served in the American Army in Germany and heard many stories when there plus I studied this for a very long time.

I don't believe that this obviously fictitious god did anything. He was a petty, cruel, narcissistic, insecure prick of a fictitious character created by those who wrote and subsequently revised the Old Testament. My educated guess is that this character was created by power hungry a$$ holes in order to dupe hapless dunces into doing their bidding. For example, I don't believe that a supposedly wise omnipotent being would tell a father to drag his son up a mountain and stab him to death...or tell a bunch of people to smear lambs blood on their doors unless they wanted their first born son executed, but they should not tell their neighbors what was up or give them some blood so their kid wouldn't be killed....Things like that...I was "educated in Catholic school and by the second grade, after hearing about some of this insane idiocy, I knew instinctively that it was a bunch of crap concocted by scumbags. What amazes me is that there are so many seemingly intelligent people who still buy it..I got in big trouble with the nuns who called my parents in and chastised me when I was 7 or 8. I look at Earth, this marvelous Earth and the entire universe and know for certain it was created and it took one awesome power to do that. I have labeled this awesome power as GOD. Does not need the Bible to accept GOD.
