Working for minimum wage is better than being unemployed, but no American should have to live with that kind of desolation on a daily basis. That's not really living.

 

Socialism uses capitalism to create jobs & earn personal wealth. The difference between socialism & capitalism is that socialism takes income from taxes & uses it to provide those basic necessities for living that no one should ever fear being without. Capitalism simply lets people live in squalor & die. Socialism is capitalism with a heart. Pure capitalism is heartless. I choose democratic socialism.
