    Justice Kavanaugh's qualifications are extensive and undeniable. I watched the entirety of the confirmation hearings. The only actual challenge to his record came from Sen Whitehouse who questioned an alleged correlation between victories for a litigant and the organizations behind amicus briefs which brought the case. Sen Whitehouse alleged that then Judge Kavanaugh ruled on cases with favor for those who brought them simply because a number of cases brought by amici with right wing interests were successful. Sen Whitehouse didn't attempt to examine the merits of any of the cases, he just didn't like the fact that so many "right wing cases" were being won. That was the only part of the entire hearing that had anything to do with Justice Kavanaugh's record.

    But seriously, Truman was an international war criminal, and one of the most disturbed psychopaths in our history.

    He deserved MUCH lower numbers, and a trip to The Hague.

    Carter, on the other hand, ranks with Ike, Ford, Taft and Obama as one of the five greatest leaders in our nation's long and troubled history.

    "Effectiveness" in this context generally arises from bowing to the corrupt whims of the aristocracy.

    Ike was able to utilize his power and popularity in building an exceptional presidency, but Carter didn't have this kind of populist treasure and military insight/leverage, so was stymied in his excellence. That's not on him.

    Of course Justice Kavanaugh is what the Progressive Machined tells you to believe.

    We don't need to look at a record of exemplary service. What needs to be done is tar and feather him based on rumors from when he was 17-20 years old.

    Progressives are a remarkably inclusive and tolerant group. Toe the line, believe exactly as instructed, or be destroyed.

    History records fascist groups like that, and it's remarkable Progressives are apparently proud to pick up where these previous groups left off.

    I don't need "the Progressive Machine" to tell me what an alcoholic pallor is or what alcoholic frat boy behavior looks like. I've seen both, many times. Frat boy behavior has been documented in many cases around the country for many years now. Excess alcohol intake always leads to such behavior.

    And I don't need some government official to explain to me how perjury by elected and appointed officials is OK, as Nixon said.

    BK is unfit to hold the seat he does, but I'm not losing sleep over it. I've know for years the federal government, all 3 branches, are utterly corrupt. I've known for years that the domestic enemies of the US Constitution are far more virulent than ANY foreign enemy.

    You have your imagination to do that. Your post doesn't point to any proof that Kavanaugh's high school partying lead to anything. Your premise seems to be, "He drank beer in college so he's a sexual predator because we all know that every male that drinks beer in college is a sexual predator so nobody that drank beer in college should ever be trusted because they are all sexual predators." That's a stupid leap.

    He's a Bushie, hardly hard right. If he repeatedly lied under oath, the Democrat senators would have pushed that angle, but they didn't. Only the propaganda arm of the DNC, the MSM pushed that angle based on splitting hairs or biased opinions, not absolute facts. He will be your justice of the SCOTUS for the next 30 years. The DNC has become a domestic terrorist group.

    Had I been Senate Majority leader, there wouldn't have been a hearing to begin with as Christine Ford at no point demonstrated any evidence worth a Senate hearing.
