    He ain't no Bernie Sanders.
    He's a bought and paid for union representative.
    And as such it isn't about helping the union employee don'tchyaknow

    Also Biden is yesterday's and the day before that - candidate.
    Fresh blood is needed. Not Biden, Feinstein, Pelosi, etc.
    Not the usual suspects.
    I want a straight, white man from west of Illinois.
    Move the President off the Atlantic coast & influence.

    Biden 2020 would be a formidable candidate (should he choose to run).

    A ticket with Biden and Kamala Harris (as VP) would be formidable.

    We just finished making this mistake.

    I like the guy, but basically he is another retread from prior efforts, who could not garner sufficient interest in two previous nomination cycles. Wake up Dems. There are reasons these candidates do not gain enough excitement to get funding and win.

    Please ask yourselves what went wrong the last time this candidate tried and why on earth would that same problem not still be there this next time.

    It doesn't matter who the Dems run they are ****ed because The Rock is going to be the GOP candidate in 2020, unless I can convince him to be the Libertarian candidate in which case both the Dems and the Reps are ****ed.

    I know this is irrelevant, but he busted John Roberts' balls at the confirmation hearings because Roberts wouldn't commit to never overruling Roe v. Wade: "You won't tell us, man." "Man"? That's hippie talk, trying to show that he's down with the cool people. I'm sure he's got his good points, and he has had more personal tragedy than many, so he deserves ... something ... sympathy maybe.

    I also don't like all these old pols who keep their heads in the public trough for more than two terms.

A few short weeks ago, the former senator and vice president seemed like he would be a leading contender to win the Democratic nomination for president in 2020 and then the favorite to challenge President Trump's bid for re-election. But now? Biden's polling may look good, but he has a history of wandering hands that is simply incompatible with the new normal. He's a political dead man......snip~

    Was being snarky. I personally saw Uncle Joe's ...um unusual 'kindness' towards children at a Labor Day parade in Milford NH a few years back. He was around glad handing with the Teamsters Local during an election year.
