"'I know how you feel'" when in reality they have "no idea how I feel," which is likely in reference to the loss of his son Beau Biden, who died in 2015 from brain cancer.

"That's why I've worked so hard in my career to make sure that... I promise you if I'm elected president, you're going to see the single most important thing that changes America, we're gonna cure cancer," Biden declared.

Bold promise he can't keep. Lies already.

Green New Deal, Free college, Medicare for all. Let's see, a hundred trillion ought to be enough to get started. What's it going to be Joe? You Yoyo moron.

Biden is running out of gas.

Today, Trump is having a rally at a packed stadium in Iowa. Also today, Biden attracted just 250 people to a stadium that holds 2,500.

    Biden = crickets.

Hmm - So where did Biden plagiarize this one from? My guess is an old Superman comic:

I think a good president should challenge America to do something ambitious which demonstrates American know-how and leadership, JFK did that with his goal of going to the moon. But what Biden did was blow it. Smart people already know researchers around the world have been looking for cancer treatments and cures for decades, there's nothing a life long career politician can do to speed up the process. Nothing.

Perhaps Biden should have challenged America to develop a cheap replacement for gasoline, or some sort of synthetic gasoline, that can be produced easily and doesn't pollute. I know the oil companies would go insane, but that sort of idea would have fired up his base.

Tell you what Joe. If you cure cancer before the election, I will vote for you.

Anything short of that, no deal.

Well, Mexico did abolish slavery without a war and they did it decades before America.

Slavery still exists in Mexico today. But you seem to be proud that Mexico had slaves and then decided not to. Any idea on how native Mexicans became Spanish speaking Catholics? That probably took a lot of violent conquering.

Ever hear of the term African-Mexican? Neither have I.

Ottumwa, Iowa is kind of in the middle of no where about 60 miles south of Des Moines.
He can't say much about the economy. No farmers there are unionized and Iowa has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country at 2.4%.

That's ridiculous, of course. Politicians determine funding and funding determines research. A President could certainly speed up a cancer "cure" (or more likely, making it a manageable condition) by spending political capital on it and getting Congress to toss $50 billion to cancer researchers.

Congress will just jump right to it and throw him billions. Won't happen.

Cancer research has been funded world wide for decades and they’ve been given the best facilities for the best people for the job. Now what does $50 Billion buy that previous billions couldn’t? Are there bestest people out there with bestest equipment just waiting for Biden to throw them grant money?

It would take way more than just funding. Joe selfishly made an ignorant comment about something that was personal for him. There will probably never be any single cure mainly because there no single cause for the 100+ types of cancer not including multiple variants for most types.

Obviously the problem is extremely complex. Making a statement as he did though does indicate how ludicrous and uninformed politicians like Biden really are.

    Ceramic surfing monkeys.

One time I drove all the way down Baja.

Stayed in several cities on the way down.

My purpose was two fold-to collect a (full) bottle of every make of mexican beer I could find,

and to return with a surfing monkey.

Just south of the US border entrance in San Diego, a chiklet kid ran off as fast as he could, and returned with this monkey, from there on known as Mr. Chimps.

Mr. Chimps is loved by all.

Mexicans also invented Mezcal. I used to drive down to Ensenada to drink at Hussong’s Cantina. I don't remember if I ever swallowed the worm in the bottle.
