Guys, here you go, a federal judge calling it as he sees it which is something all of us already knew, that Mueller is using whatever tactics necessary to hurt Trump. Now that we've heard this judge's opinion, the entire Mueller witch hunt should be shut down and he should lay his cards on the table and let us see what he has.

It takes one judge's opinion stated in court - not even a ruling - for you to think that Mueller should be shut down immediately? I mean....really?

This statement is certainly interesting and it is possible that the judge, even after reviewing the full unredacted memo on Mueller's investigative authority, might rule that he exceeded it in this specific instance of the pursuit of the bank fraud case against Manafort, but Manafort's criminal and civil liability would continue. And it would have almost zero impact on Mueller's investigative authority as it relates to the ongoing collusion investigation between the Trump campaign and Russia and the potential obstruction of justice investigation.

According to Tom Fitz Trumpsters don't want to see what Mulehead has, I'm saying let's see it. If he's guilty I'll say it. I want the truth.

Is it because you already held that opinion and you were looking for any semblance of a justification from an outside source?

Maybe if it was a 9th circuit judge's opinion?

You don't think there should be a pause, we get to see what Mueller has and determine what his motives are?

Yeah... judges play devil's advocate all the time. It's how they ensure that they're making the right decision and don't get their decision overturned. Nothing to see here except some pipedreams from the right.

Trump was never acceptable or satisfactory to either party, IMO. And this explains much of this circus, IMO.

Thing is, if there had been any hard evidence of the an illegal collaboration, with the russian state, the NSA would have had such evidence, given their power and methods of gathering intel. And even with it being said at various times these intel heads had seen no evidence of that, and they would know, this only makes some of us think this was entirely politically driven. And it allowed congress to tie trump's hands in regards to russia, and his executive powers, and give those powers somewhat over to congress.

I called this a ruse from the get-go and have not seen one shred of evidence to negate my assertion so early on. And I am speaking not as a trump voter, but as an Independent.

I feel quite safe in believing all of this was a politically driven, with some permanent gov't involvement in this ruse. Because non of them wanted trump.

What would that entail? How would you "see what Mueller has and determine what his motives are?"

So we have an activist pro Trump judge. We need to see what the Mueller team will produce.

This is a question of authority to investigate not is Trump and/or his people guilty of something which they very well may be.

This is getting interesting because the judge just gave Mueller two weeks to produce the unredacted letter.

The same letter that Rosenstein won't give to Congress.

If Mueller loses this venue in Virginia he is toast. His DC Grand Jury is already hopelessly contaminated due to the FISA evidence mess. Judge Sullivan is also ticked at Mueller's conduct.

Also, Giuliani has asked Sessions to close the NY situation because of governmental misconduct and the fact that all of the records had to be turned over to an appellate judge for review..

Well, those statements all but guarantee that this trial will fold.

These remarkes are blatantly prejudicial, and irrelevant to the facts at hand.

The judge knows it too. (or at least, he should).

Which is the basis for the entire investigation in the first place.

Why Not? One judge got Trump's entire immigration policy shut down. You even supported that. interesting that now you don't..

Perhaps we could give Mueller a questionnaire similar to what he gave to DT. How were you feeling when you did this? What were you thinking about? How did this make you feel?

That is true. One Judge, but we have the entire universe precluded from enforcing Trumps anti terror limits on immigration as the result of 'one District Judge'.

All the Judge did was note the obvious...The Manafort has nothing to do with the Special Councils mandate. It appears the Justice dept is fighting the demand that they provide a complete copy of the scope memo.
