He doesn't because that's the tactic they told him to use from Democratic underground.

Turns out the special counsel has notified Manaforts defense attorney, required under discovery, that they have no evidence of collusion between Manafort and Russia. This is a blow to the dossier as that was one of the things stated that the FBI, and shifty Schiff have relied upon for their witch hunt.

“If the representations of the special counsel are accurate and there is not, in fact, any evidence of communications between Mr. Manafort and foreign officials, then the perpetrators of this elaborate hoax must be identified and punished and the substantial unfair prejudice to Mr. Manafort must be remedied,” Mr. Downing wrote.

Rosenstein has a habit of recalculating, but I'll bet the judge is going to look at when the letter was dated.

It has already been in the news that Rosenstein extended Mueller's authority AFTER Mueller broke into Manafort's home.

If this is true, the prosecutors are in trouble for presenting evidence that they know is, "fruit from a poison tree." And if Rosenstein knew it, he is guilty of fraud before the court.

These are grounds for Mueller to lose his law license in Virginia among other things associated with DOJ protocol.

These people have been so used to getting away with things that they may not understand that there may be one or two Federal judges that may actually care about justice.

Pretty sure a number of federal judges determined the travel ban was unconstitutional on a number of separate occasions. Or are you suggesting that mean old Obama went cross country to feed those federal judges their lines?

****ing absurd is there anything you won't accuse Obama of doing? You people treat him like a cross between Satan and the boogey man it makes you look so incredibly unhinged its hilarious.

As if a Federal judge is incapable of having his own legal opinion.

The two issues may not be exactly the same but it doesn't change the fact that you give full credence to the word of a federal judge when he says something you like but if he says something you don't you'll tear him down without blinking. Even going so far as to invent conspiracies to dismiss their legal opinions.

The ENTIRE WITCH HUNT has been prejudicial, with no regard for the facts involving the 2016 election.

The judge made his comments BASED ON THE EVIDENCE BEFORE HIM, which is NOT "prejudicial".

You have to admit this is disturbing. When we all think Mueller is out to get Trump, it's one thing, when an experienced federal judge having spoken to them for days comes to the conclusion that it's a witch hunt against Trump, that their goal is to seek unfettered power and overturn tbe result of a democratic election destroying lives and careers in the process, it's a different thing entirely, it certainly is NOT a RW conspiracy, it's a reality. you have to be unamerican to not be concerned.

Utter nonsense. The ENTIRE STATE WAS RECOUNTED TWICE.

    BUSH WON BOTH.

The Fraudocrats weren't "counting" anything when they were stopped; they were ILLEGALLY MAKING "VOTES" OUT OF SPOILED BALLOTS, WITH NO LEGAL STANDARDS WHATSOEVER, such as "dimpled chads".

This was a GLARING violation of Florida elections laws, and the US Constitution, in a blatant attempt to STEAL THE ELECTION, and was rightly ended.

Try the ACTUAL FACTS, for a change.

I give full credence to the word of a federal judge period. I don't ever get so embarrassingly arrogant as to assume that either I or some puffed up overweight TV personality know the law better than a judge.

He can decide what he wants with the case but he has no place to insert the intentions of Mueller.

Mueller has a reputation of lying to the court so the Judge is well aware of his tactics.

The one Mueller's case in this so called investigation that goes to court and the judge calls him a liar and power grabber and accuses him of malicious prosecution, witch hunt and overstepping his mandate...

Robert "boy scout" Mueller has disgraced himself and his inquisition.

The judge just peeled back the curtain on the Wizards of Oz.
That sure sucks for Mueller and his ilk.

Sourced by two very reliable reporters, in two different papers, and even the right wing blog NewsMax.

Sorry, but the right wing meme that Mueller leaked the questions that Sekulow wrote fell apart before you even heard it.

It is over.....by the founding fathers' design, for impeachment to succeed it must be bipartisan and thus based on an investigation which is absolutely beyond reproach.

Its credibility had been in tatters for months already, now with a federal judge calling them power grabbing liars out on witch hunt, stick a fork in it, it's cooked, actually overcooked.

Just to set the record straight, Obama did meet with the Hawaiian judge who was about to make this ruling on the travel ban. Do you dispute that? Is that collusion?

I provided a link to USSC 00-949, the decision itself, because it gives a highly detailed account of the shenanigans the Fraudocrats were trying to pull, as well as the irrefutable reasoning of the decision, courtesy of the clear, easy tp grasp per curiam of Antonin Scalia...

Fascinating. Wheres the proof Obama handed him his decision, which he then regurgitated like a robot? This is what I mean by pathetic conspiracy theories.
