Second, mueller told Trump's Lawyer John Dowd that all of mueller's questions were answered to his satisfaction in writing.

While it is the policy of the DoJ is to not indict a sitting president, it doesn't stop a criminal referral to Congress like that of slick willy clinton's for impeachment, removal from office, and prosecution.

There are a good number of people in jail. There are those who have plead guilty. There are numerous indictments. There is the FACT that Russia interfered in our democracy - an attack that Trump has done NOTHING to slow.

The Mueller investigation found grounds for a charge of obstruction of justice. And, that obstruction continues today - a pattern of crime.

Your nonsense about charges goes to the fact that you seem unaware of the DoJ ruling that no charges may be brought against a sitting president - that a sitting president is subject only to impeachment.

That's a crime. The issue is that it must be prosecuted through impeachment, since DoJ policy is that the DoJ may not bring charges against a sitting president.

Mueller absolutely did find obstruction of justice. And, Barr flatly lied about that.

Now, they refuse to allow the public (or even congress) to see the report.

Judges are ruling against the Trump obstructionism. His tax returns, the Mueller report and other documents and information WILL become available.

EASILY the most transparent presidency in my lifetime. No claims of Executive Privilege, turned over 1.5million documents, implored every witness to be truthful, answered all questions. I doubt mueller ever had to issue a subpoena to the WH for any records.

Mueller was (and still is) an employee of the DoJ and DoJ policy is that a sitting president may not be charged.

Mueller's team ran more than one prosecution. They also handed off prosecution to others and issueed numerous indictments to those not reachable by US justice. He also obtained several guilty please.

What he didn't do is charge the sitting president - because, that is in direct conflict with DoJ interpretation of the law.

Beyond that, Trump continues to obstruct justice RIGHT NOW! He could be legitimately impeached simply for his actions subsequent to the Mueller investigation.

What do you have against the rule of law???

Why are you so set on eliminating the system of checks and balances that our foundersf established in the constitution???

 

I said a dozen times that if the 'Mueller Investigation' found that Donald Trump should be charged with any crimes related to collusion with Russia to "hack the election for Trump" (that WAS the allegation, you remember....) then I said if the House impeaches him, and if he's removed from office after his trial in the Senate -- that's fine and good with me! But NONE of that has happened. None. And yet radical Democrats act as though it's all a foregone conclusion.

Clearly, one bunch of us or the other is BAT-SH!T CRAZY, and there is no (NO) evidence, proof, or even any reason to think that it's we on the Right who are....

Let the House impeach Donald Trump based on the actual findings of the 'Mueller Investigation'. Go ahead -- do it! Then, let's take it from there. The House can impeach a sitting president for any reason that amuses it -- all there needs to be is a majority vote to impeach and it's done. DO IT!
