Take a false story on which to start a fake investigation but then you knew that already.

It's ongoing is it not even in spite of the jury nullification and bias shown in the Sussmann verdict.

You have a compound sentence. The red assumes a premise you haven't proven, so the question cannot be answered until you establish it's premise as fact.

The blue is, well, I have no idea what it is. Please clarify. Which WH, and what did the WH do to Trump, precisely? --not to mention the blue clause is not a complete sentence, there is no direct object, you're just assuming the reader knows what it is, and that is terrible writing.

If you had written it thus, and WHAT the WH did to Trump? Or 'What did the WH do to Trump' or some kind of reasonably correctly written clause, where the 'what' would refer to something, though we know not what. Without it, you have terrible syntax. That would have been better, but we still do not know what you are referring to.

Now to mistake me for a grammar cop, don't, we all make mistakes, but the syntax, which is really a sub subject in grammar, that is always important, because poor syntax is confusing. Grammatical mistakes like forgetting to capitalize a proper noun, misplacing an apostrophe, forgetting to end a question with question mark, etc, do not confuse that much, and I don't really care about those, but poor syntax does.

THAT is why your sentence has horrific syntax not to mention you want me to read your mind, which I'm no clairvoyant.

And, do something about that assumed premise, please.

Since there is no such thing as Russiagate scandal, you'll have to specify what you are talking about, the first business of which is to prove there was a scandal, which I could easily prove there was not.

However, this argument has been beaten to death, many times, before, and the right still clings to their very tired, and debunked, arguments.

No one with a sound knowledge of the facts knows that.

Okay, so you are talking about FISA, blah blah blah.

The IG determined there was adequate predication and no bias and it is no way in hell true that the investigation was fake The bipartisan Senate Intel Report says Trump Campaign connection with Russia posed "grave counterintelligence threat." That is the language the Republican majority also used under then-Chairman Rubio. https://www.npr.org/2020/08/18/9035...aul-manafort-shared-campaign-info-with-russia
Not to mention the Special Counsel was established by a Trump appointed REPUBLICAN, under the direction of a REPUBLICAN.

So, your only complaint, which is correct, is the FBI's incompetence in the FISA application process, which wasn't directed at anyone person, specifically which I'm sure Director Wray has gone to great lengths to rectify.

This is old news, so you got something else to discuss?

He's almost certainly not going to be paying them at all. Does Trump threaten to sue lawyers if they refuse to work for him now? Because I can see no other reason for doing so and really not even then because he has this tendency to just sue anybody who's around him.

Nothing about the investigation was fake. Why wouldn’t we investigate the campaign Russia was helping that has both motive and opportunity to coordinate with them?

What an honor to do his legal begging & bidding, eh?

"No way to not step into a mess':

Dozens of former Trump lawyers facing possibility of ruined careers"

"According to a report from the New York Times, the quip that "MAGA" (Make America Great Again) also means "making attorneys get attorneys" is particularly apt as dozens of lawyers who rushed to defend Donald Trump now find themselves facing disbarment, investigations, subpoenas and possible criminal charges."

From the getgo the entire premise was made up nonsense and if you wanted to investigate a campaign that was connected to Russia trying interfere that would be the Clinton campaign feeding them the fake info on Trump through their agent to Steele.

Anyone who has followed the story knows that. The FISA warrants were just part of it and the reasons given for them have been proven to be unsubstantiated and no such grave counterintelligence threats were ever determined, we had a two year SP investigation that found NOTHING. What we do know is that the Clinton campaign paid for a fake report which was fed to the FBI as verified information even that the press was about to print, a lie, and then the press was told the FBI was about to start and investigation so they better start reporting it. We know that the analysis at the FBI said it was fake yet the higher ups insisted on opening the investigation and then leaking it to the press to influence the elections. We know LOTS of stuff so where does Trump get his justice?

Your post made me laugh. You have utterly no basis for your claims of "jury nullifcation" or "bias". Your post was the very image of a lack of substantive information.

A jury acquitting Sussman was what I expected out of a BS prosecution. I recall you getting all lathered up. Over nothing.

They opened an investigation because Russia was breaking laws and the trump campaign had both motive and opportunity to coordinate with them on these crimes.

I'm denying that his has any real world basis. I'm denying that there is factual support for this conspiracy mongering nonsense.
